Beautiful lobby and top floor bar. Room was comfortable and comparatively spacious with a nice view of the city and mountains. I particularly enjoyed the daily Japan Times / NY Times newspaper delivered to the room each morning.

ラウンジを利用したかったのですが、その日は貸切だったようです ロビーにある館内営業案内を確認が出来るようになっていましたが、チェックインの時に教えて貰えると良かったです。他のホテルのラウンジを利用しました。

Everything! The room was spacious and had a very good view of Kanazawa. Very close to the station and there was an underground walkway connecting the station and the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was surprised to have newspaper supplied. Love the bathroom design. Very comfy bed and it is a really great hotel. There was an organ in the hotel and would be great if organ recital could be organised from time to time.

Great view, fantastic location and a really sublime Japanese breakfast! At great place to use as a base to explore the local area. Very generous with bathroom products and a comprehensive breakfast buffet in their garden restaurant.

I am an ex smoker so I have a keen sense of smell - although in a non smoking room I could still get a whiff of smoking from past - some good room fresheners would not go amiss. I did not notice the smell after a while though.

Excellent and very convenient location just a few minutes from the train station. The hotel is stylish, rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing disappointed. Perhaps just a small thing... the breakfast area was a little confusing and chaotic. This could have been the layout or just a problem on one particular day. It's not a major issue and it certainly wouldn't stop us staying again.
