食事に行くところが近くに色々ありました

チェックインして部屋に入る時、となりの部屋のシーツなどがとなりの部屋の前に置いてあった

The first hotel we booked had water liking issued. They just informed us at the same day we checked-in. They transferred us to another property, near to Ishikawa station. We had lunch buffet, it was ok, But we did not try breakfast and dinner buffet, because it was the same menu (plus only several additional menus) and the cost so high.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. The hotel is located very well, close to the city center. The staff was really helpful and they even ordered a lot of taxis for us.

The rooms are a bit small, but still a good size for Japanese standard. The breakfast could be improved.

this was a standard business hotel and was clean friendly but just a little bit impersonal

Breakfast was served but the dining area was a bit tight

Staff didn't really speak english

Very clean. The location cas great, close to a kenrokuen and 21 century museum as well as nice restaurants.

The internet speed was slow for work. Very tiny room for the suitcase.
