The staff is very kind and cooperative, especially the shift manager, Khushboo, and the receptionist, Amira. I appreciate how they both did their best for the client. I also enjoyed the breakfast and commend the staff who work in that area, particularly the manager. The housekeeping services are good, especially thanks to Vijay K. I called maintenance for AC may times they came and fixed without delay. Overall, I like the hotel’s location and facilities.

The curtains in the room are very bad; the sun ☀️ shines in and disturbs your sleep. They should be fixed to block the sunlight.

The hotel has an excellent location in Downtown Dubai, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. These were definitely the highlights of my stay.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. Check-in: I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be arriving early, and they confirmed that this would be fine. I had also included an early check-in request in my reservation. However, I actually arrived later than the standard check-in time, and my room was still not ready. I had to wait approximately 35 minutes in the lobby. Room amenities: Several amenities I would normally expect from a five-star hotel appeared to be missing, including a shaving kit, bathroom scale and hairdryer. When I requested a scale to weigh my suitcase, I was told that only a large scale was available downstairs at the lobby. Pool service: This was by far the most disappointing aspect of my stay. I spent three days at the pool, and not once did a staff member approach me to ask whether everything was satisfactory or whether I wanted to order food or drinks. Every time I wanted something, I had to get up and walk to the bar myself. Only for the bill to be paid they came to me. I expect much more attentive and proactive service from a five-star hotel. Pool facilities: The shower near the pool was broken, and the lockers in the changing rooms were not functioning properly. Staff training and assistance: On two separate occasions, I asked different staff members in the changing room area how the lockers worked. Both explained that they were new and did not know how to operate them. Neither made any effort to find someone who could assist me. Instead, they simply told me to ask someone else. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but I expect a hotel of this category to provide proper training and ensure that staff take responsibility for assisting guests. Overall, while I appreciated the excellent location and spacious room, the lack of attentive service, poor maintenance of certain facilities and insufficient staff training made my stay disappointing.
