Customer service from staff is exceptional here, the lofts are stylish and spacious, and the location is great, not one negative thing to say about my stay here, really enjoyed it
A microwave in the kitchen would be a convenient addition

It was close to all that I needed, shops, restaurants etc
The lighting was very very dim. Very hard to see or look for things at night.

Location was great. Loved the size of the apartments. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
No bedside tables. The couch had a back support that keeps falling off - hard to sit and work there.

I liked the spacious apartment and location. The sofas in the lounge were very comfortable and the window blinds were great to block out light and let in light. The staff were friendly.
There was no cot set up, so we slept in the lounge on the sofas as the upstairs part of the apartment where the bedroom was, was not safe for children to walk or crawl around as there was a big drop to the bottom part. They offered to set up the cot the next day but only before a certain time so we just slept for 2 nights on the sofa which was comfortable but not ideal.
