Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak met our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent AC and lighting. The large pool was aesthetically pleasing, providing a great space for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a satisfying start to the day. Overall, a fantastic stay!
While I enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, there is room for improvement. The shower area could use a deep clean, and the selection of TV channels could be expanded. Additionally, the small fridge may need replacing. The pool would benefit from including deeper sections, around 5ft and 6ft. Lastly, adding more options to the breakfast menu would enhance the dining experience.

Pool closes at 6pm. Never heard any hotel closing it so early.

Staff are amazing excellent service. Buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had from a hotel.
I couldn’t walk properly due to injury and there were no lifts to concierge from entrance so had to climb stairs however found out there was a lift from basement which goes to concierge, so it wasn’t so bad. Lift to pool area is quite a bit of a walk you have to go around building to access otherwise stairs lead through restaurant which was quite odd but not a major big deal. Aircon wasn’t great when sun is at highest felt like it was on warm, might be due to sliding doors to balcony not being sealed or unable to close properly but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Locatie, ver van het centrum. s Avonds lopen over een slecht verlichte straat. Hygiene, kamers niet echt goed schoongemaakt. Enorme rooklucht in de kamers door een grote brand bij afvalverwerkingsbedrijf in de buurt. Niet over geinformeerd. Verbaasd dat gasten niet zijn geëvacueerd! Heel slecht. Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard.

Excellent staff, service and food. Also a nice location
The rooftop is closed/being renovated. The shower and whole bathroom needs a bit of a touch up. (Drainage closer was broken, hand shower and shower head went on simultaneously when showering)

I loved the pool area. Really relaxing and lovely to step out from the rooms.

Staff exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Sherrie at front desk went beyond expectations and also Harry the Supervisor at our breakfast which was superb.
He always made sure we were completely satisfied and looked after
In our room only thing missing were drawers. A must to improve on and had to turn shower head around so not too much water out of shower base into bathroom. A spa near pool area would be nice.

The resort was tired and a bit grotty. Milky shower screens, no mobile to tv connectivity. Very average for a 4 star hotel

The staff were all super friendly and great pool area with plenty room and sunbeds
For the price we paid I expected the room to be better, I found the shower was a bit dirty in terms of the corners. I didn’t like how the location was not on the Main Street.

All the staff are helpful starting from Reservation staff called (Eka) if not mistaken who managed room deco follow up by HSK person who deco it and Open c/in the staff who check me in was nice also…if not mistaken she help me enrolling the membership…All the cafe staff doing excellent service start from Day 1 until my last day…Staff who help us to wake up call also doing excellent service…Last but not least THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MR.BAGUS who allowing me late check due to my flight was on midnight…Check Out Person also doing excellent service and say HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN….YES I WILL…Everyone doing their job is beyond my expectation…No more excellent service…Its Exceptional Service!!!! I will comeback to meet to all again…Love Mr.MUHAMAD Suhaimi Room 136 😘

Excellent clean and very stylish modern hotel, the pool is long. Excellent breakfasts.

The hotel and the room are very aesthetically pleasing at a great location from the main Seminyak area.
The room was comfortable and the staff was humble and readily available.
The pool area and the music playlist made a seat at the balcony or the garden very pleasing.
