Clean room and nice amenities.

It is difficult to reach out to them especially when it comes to reservation changes. I checked with their reservation regarding 1 room cancellation because my brother in law cannot make it. They've made verbal communication that it is okay and assured us that the room will not be charged but no email has been sent to confirm. now, somebody is telling me that booking.com has charged them for the room. Isn't there a good communication process between booking.com and this hotel regarding changes and booking considerations?

Beautiful clean rooms and the private beach was amazing. We really enjoyed snorkeling straight In front of Parklane. The staff were very friendly and always smiling.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere (there was no music playing) and they were unable to cook many items from the menu. The breakfast was also always cold and the juices were not fresh. There were also limited wine and vegetarian options.

Friendly staff. Good ocean view from the rooms on 1st floor. Nice small beach with snorkeling just outside.

At first we didn’t get the rooms with ocean view we had paid for. We got new rooms with ocean view but no hot water. One room had plumbing problems, so we were later moved to 1st floor where we were very close to the pool and had people walking onto our terrace. Food is cheap but seriously needs improvement. We had our lunches and dinners at other resorts. We asked the hotel several times to provide transportation. Unfortunately when we checked out they said the prices we had paid for the first two trips which we paid in cash had been discounted and wanted twice the price for all the following transports. Staff did their best but the manager was totally absent.

- All the staff was amazing including housekeeping and maintenance. Janine at reception was super helpful to help us organise our stay before we arrive and while at the hotel. Allan and Fren at the restaurant were fantastic, always smiling and happy. - the setting is fabulous with the 3 pools, Jacuzzi, the private little beach etc. - Delicious big breakfast that fills you for the day. - They recommended Anda Scuba Diving (as there is no dive shop in this hotel) and they were brilliant. Obviously the hotel is under construction to expand so you need to know that before you book but it really didn't bother us. We were still able to enjoy it all.

i like the view.. the infinity pool and the beach.. good ambience.. food was also great..
