Booked in for 3pm Room not ready until 4pm Understand short staffing but had to leave early the next morning. Would rather have access early rather than late checkout

Was close to the water, it had a view if you went out on the balcony or looked through bedroom window

The location was amazing!

We had no wifi at all, having said that, John was contactable but unfortunately couldn’t help us connect, so no Netflix etc.

We gave our friends the double bed and THEIR ensuite/bathroom looked very nice and spacious.

Even though we sent in details requesting 2 double beds to accommodate 4 adults my partner & I walked in to see 2 single beds and bunk beds in the second bedroom. So nobody obviously paid any attention to the completed Form. After complaining the only thing they could do was push 2 beds together but there was no double bed linen used. They chucked the single bed linen on. The set up to get into the accommodation was extremely bad. There is no such thing as a Reception area. We managed to get into a space that contained Key lockers and that was as far as we could go... We used a phone but a man called John was not user-friendly. He kept saying due to not knowing the sleeping arrangements they could not set up the room properly. I told him I had emailed the Form through informing all of this and he said he did not receive it. He went onto say we should of booked directly with them - not using Booking.com. We were able to enter our room purely because a staff member was existing the building and heard our dilemma. He talked to this John guy and we finally got taken to a room. Not only was the bedding wrong there was dirty washing left in the washing machine, cigarette butts on the outside table, door handles fell off when you opened the cupboard and while adjusting the water temperature during showering the cold water tap handle fell off. The room we booked stated a "sea view". We looked onto a grassed park. Someone did say if you lent over the street level balcony you could see a smidge of sea.

Everything already described and poor value for money, definately overpriced.

Excellent location, car parking.

Only one coffee pod , four teabags, no drinking chocolate.
