spacious and light. fantastically appointed throughout. they thought of everything. Two car spaces and a lovely outlook. Great seating and comfortable beds. Three toilets and two large bathrooms

I think 3.30 is too late to check in. all hotels are 2.30

Can’t beat the location! it was a beautiful property and suited our needs perfectly!

we did have trouble accessing the pool, but we’re able to solve it in the end.

Everything we needed was provided. Fantastic location (no need for the car) and the awesome view :)

Just one small criticism, the covers on the outdoor chairs need replacing, we had to take them off to sit outdoors as they were damp and have some mold developing on them.

Amazing location, fantastic views, very large living area, well appointed, lots of cooking implements, plates, glasses etc. Beds comfy and bathrooms good.

There were some maintenance issues, light over rangehood not working, some lights in living area blown,air conditioning not as effective as it should have been, didnt realise the upstairs bedroom didnt have a toilet, so very tricky to navigate the spiral staircase if needed in the middle of the night.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. Views were very impressive and facilities were excellent.

Heating and WiFi were both not functioning. Wifi was resolved. But heating was definitely an issue and this made the stay uncomfortable due to the extreme cold weather that was experienced during our stay.

There was more than one lock box at front door, not told which box keys were in. Lift broke down, one of our party was 73 years of age, a lot of stairs to walk up and down. No wifi, or if there was there was, no information on accessing it.

Location was amazing, airy and bright. Right on the waterfront with an amazing view. Surprisingly both downstairs bedrooms have ensuites, upstairs has the beautiful view but no bathroom. Nice big kitchen and a sunny balcony to enjoy during the day. Block out blinds in the master bedroom are great to aid a sleep in the next morning.

The furnishings were tired and below expectation for the location and advertisement of a penthouse. The light switches were missing the dimmer knobs, table had paint peeling under the glass and the central heating was broken. Lucky it was a warm weekend and not really needed. For the price, I expected modern décor rather than a feel of a beach house with second hand furniture. I would advise to lose the fake bamboo plant and ask the cleaners to pay attention to dusting the surfaces more closely.
