Great location

Customer service - was very poor - aggressive, accusatory, disrespectful, dismissive and unhelpful. Beware! Broken furniture - Under repair Climate control - Dysfunctional heating and air conditioning Hygiene and cleaning- Dirty and gross accommodation - Apartment was dirty and smelt off. The dishes were also dirty and food stained.

Not enough towels. No coffee or coffee maker.

The place was a proper flat with good facilities. Excellent kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Lovely to have a parking spot in the underground carpark. Close to all the attractions and city centre.

My only gripe is having to collect and return the keys to a totally different area of Canberra.

Too onerous to get keys and to return to a property 10 minutes away

The location was a little out but with a conference on it was good to get a little exercise and not to far out of town. The place was amazing and clean. Nice views from the balcony and great facilities when it doesn't rain. Parking was easy when you found your space, whic did take a little doing.

Instructions on the the mucic equipment. Dry access to a road to get into a cab or such. The weather.

Luxurious accommodation & excellent location. Easy walk to most attractions.

The patio was unloved. Leaves everywhere, patio table was filthy. The large glass doors could use a clean.
