Location was perfect, quiet relaxing environment set in the jungle & walking distance to orangutan, bear sanctuary & rainforest sky walk
Staff & food were excellent
No hot water for a bath
Food & drinks were overpriced for Malaysia , however quality of the food was amazing !
Whilst the resort was beautiful, it was looking tired & could do with a little make over to fully appreciate this amazing resort

The grounds are beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.

food is excellent there -with great selection for all tastes including a vegetarian option each evening
next too bear and monkey sancturary and 1km walk too the jungle walk

Polite and friendly staff. Chalets well spaced and integrated with the jungle experience. Wild life free to visit at any time!
Food and drink prices were pitched on the high side. The property is not remote and readily benefits from a main population centre where wholesale prices are easily obtained so these costs could be restrained?
The chalet had an annoying noise from some sort of compressor which turned on and off through the night?
The water - all water - failed on the last morning. Including the toilet….
