The staff had exceptional hospitality - they made us feel so welcomed and well cared for from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was great. Location was super convenient. The train is 1 block away, and it's easy to walk to most of the nice canal ring areas. Room was spacious for AMS and comfortable.
The price was very high during our weekend, but it was all across Amsterdam, so not unique to this property.

The staff are so kind and helpful! Beds were very comfortable, clean, well thought out. Beautiful toiletries and towels. Food was really good!! Has kettle and coffee pod machine. Location was good with public transport around. Private.
Nothing!! It was all good!! Maybe some people might not handle the stairs but the staff kindly took up and down the suitcases as needed!

Kate and the team were outstanding in making me feel comfortable and giving me great tips on exploring the city. Room 1 was great with a nice patio and outlook of the city. Everything was walkable.
