Fabulous staff, very nice bedding, nice (wonderful warm pool very adequate for this time of the year. Nice restaurant. Nice bar with cold drinks and wonderful waiters.
I had to ask for my room to be changed in the beginning because there was vibration coming from the floor above. The staff was quick to make accommodations for me.

The decor is exceptional, very nice and comfortable. The staff is fantastic.
The water fawcets are hard to open and close. The music from the pool is very loud at times. The surfaces are very hard so you can hear all sorts of little noises. It is hard to find how to switch the lights off at night because of the bed design.

Excellent location and I felt my room was very clean.
Too noisy for me. They play music quite loudly during the day until about 8 o’clock at night so don’t think about a nap there. It’s very open and easy to hear conversations in the center area. The Internet did not work well in the room, but worked in the common areas.
