First time in Mexico City. Location was excellent for a tourist as it's adjacent to the park, Castle, museums and Condesa. It wasn't as close to Zocalo/Roma Norte but that's ok because the walk there was beautiful. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. They gave us hot towels and bottled water on arrival, stocked our rooms with bottled water, and the room service was very tasty and not that expensive. I will stay here again!
Ice is a must for me. There wasn't an ice maker available for guests (I get it, it's made from water and tourists should drink bottled water). However, the hotel delivered ice to me every night and that was amazing.

Es un hotel acogedor, limpio, con habitaciones muy confortables. Está muy bien situado, se puede ir caminando a Chapultepec, al Museo Nacional de Antropología e historia, así como muchas otras atracciones. El personal muy atento. El desayuno muy rico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 😊

Location was ok. It was very clean.
Mattress was awful hard and lumpy, zero water pressure in shower (it just slowly dripped), ac barely worked and room stayed hot, park view is a parking lot, food was way overpriced and apparently guests get 25% discount but nobody told us so we paid full price even though they asked for our room number each time. Very dated decor. Maid service was bad.
