The penthouse apartment was amazing and very comfortable for our family. All the staff was so accommodating and made us feel welcome. The apartment was beautiful and modern and the outdoor balcony was a plus! It was so quiet and relaxing and so close to family that live in Polanco. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. We loved our stay and will be back again soon.
Nothing.....everything was amazing!
Only glitch was when the elevator needed to be fixed and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs. (It only lasted about an hour and the staff worked very quickly to fix it).
