Olympic House Hotel

The hotel was clean and up to date in appearance; the elevator floor was made of colorful, shiny marble, as just one example. The desk clerk let me borrow the hotel ironing board and iron, and also set it up for me to use. I was not feeling well on the morning after my son and I arrived; I awoke with an episode of vertigo, and the kitchen staff kindly let me take breakfast back to my room, and said not to worry about returning the dishes, just to leave them in the room for later pickup. The appearance, service, and consideration offered here were all that I could ask for and more.

There is another thing that I did like that I can add: the hotel was in a convenient location, close to parks and good restaurants.

The breakfast was disappointing with very limited choice.

The room allocated to me was between floors so had to drag my luggage as no direct access to lift

The staff were very nice and helpful at Olympic House Hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. The location was also very convenient to get to from Heathrow airport, and also to walk/tube around London. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing - we had a great stay

Couldn’t open bathroom door due to the bed being so close no bath mat in bathroom
