Missed the historical idea of design in 409 room. Great view, but no old casa atmosphere there

We got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. There are car parks available but make sure you reserve in advance. 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops in Silema

It is boutique, but a bit too over glamorised in its descriptions. The pool view rooms give a view of the pool if you look down from the edge of the small balcony. The actual views out of windows / doors of the pool view rooms are not nice at all. You have a view into the back of depressing old buildings with no beauty at all. ‘Pool view’ description is total nonsense and a deceptive tactic.

1. The disabled bars and frameworks in the bathroom. 2. Breakfast was not included in my Tariff, however I did take up a 13 Euro breakfast on one morning. The buffet style facility was very much below standard and there was very little cooked food left, with another hour remaining for breakfast service. The coffee was terrible and I was unable to heat or froth milk for my coffee.

This place is great! Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet air conditioning. Its only 7-10 minutes walk to Balluta Bay - where you can find good restaurants, pubs, public beach, boat rides etc. And around 10-15 minutes walk to ferry. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and there are also nice cocktails and drinks that you can order for an extra fee. The pool is nice, not too big, but enough for swimming and refreshing - there is also a lot of shade where you can hide from the scorching sun. The service is just brilliant - very nice and helpful staff, we had problems with the electricity in our room but they moved us to another one and we got a free breakfast for the inconvenience.I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room and terrace, it was clean and a delightful little hotel.

The air con in the room was not powerful enough and it took a long time to lower the heat in the room. However, it was extra hot when I was there and it may be better at other times. Additionally the temperature of the shower was quite erratic.
