Convenient position, nice reception area and roof terrace were good. Daily rate was okay, but other hotels were available at similar cost with better facilities.

Rooms were very basic, tired and in need if redecoration. Some light switches did not work, bathroom mirror light did not work. Sliding door to balcony did not shut or open properly. Tea/coffee making facilies would have been good. Mini fridge and safe were available but at a daily charge. With some work and additional all facilities, this could be quite decent, but the noise early morning and late at night could be off putting for some. A walk in shower would be a big bonus as opposed to a quadrant shower tray and a nylon shower curtain. Lift was very small, just big enough for 2 people. Breakfast, (continental style), expensive at 9€, compared to restaurant 20m away at 7€ for a full English breakfast including drinks. Area was noisy.

We payed for a room with sea view but they gave us a lower level so the view was blocked by the trees , the room looks nothing like the photos, not enough space in the room, old bathrooms, you could not really control the air conditioning as it had to be put on by the reception, noisy room as it is exactly next to the main road......some of the receptionist really unwelcoming.....yeah...not so cool ....I would not stay there again if I would come back in Malta.

The location was great, close to the bay and promenade and restaurants. Nice view from the roof top. The staff was very kind and helpful, helped with a mini fridge which was not included initially, with a UK to EU power plug adapter and with guidance related to visiting tips. Also the breakfast was enjoyable and had the right amount of food variety considering the price we paid. It could have definitely be worse but happy it was not. And special thanks to the kind waiter that was helping everyone with any needs they might have.

The rooftop swimming pool was not maintained for a long time, but when I asked at the reception they didn't say it was out of commission, they did recommend the sea, but probably should have said to not use the pool as it has unclean water.

The location suited me. The hotel is situated on the boundary of Sliema and St Julian’s. It’s on the seafront with a busy road outside. Bus stops are outside to take you to many places on the island.

The road outside is very busy. I wouldn’t recommend a partial sea view room as they are lower floor rooms and closer to the busy road/pavement. I had a room around the back and it faced an apartment block opposite so I had very little privacy. It was a little quieter. There is very little soundproofing in the hotel.

Rooms are inconsistent and some facilities don't work.They didn't supply me with a cot the first night of my first stay and then they didn't supply a mattress the second stay for my child. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the hotel is exceptionally noisy. Not family friendly in my opinion. Wouldn't come back. only came back as it was already booked.
