Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung gut ausgelegt, gute Küchenausstattung und günstig an das ÖVNP gelegen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten ebenfalls nahe gelegen. Insgesamt ein gutes Domizil um San Franciso zu erkunden. Abwicklung und Infos genau passend. Angaben im Internet sind zutreffend. Würden wir wiederwählen.

The property is in a great location with bus services around the whole city available. Walk to Union Square in around 40mins and Fillmore Street in 10mins. There are plenty of hip places to eat and drink on Fillmore. Parking is also manageable. We had a car for the week and didn't need to pay for parking once - you just have to be smart in where you park. Shopping for groceries easy with Target and Trader Joes just a few blocks away. The property itself provides all the basics. It is an old building and the effect is shabby chic - with perhaps a little more shabby than chic. It was moderately clean - not bad enough to complain but not immaculately presented. The broken drawers were replaced mid way through our stay and the leaky sink seen to promptly. Sleep quality not helps with the beds being very creaky and the the noise from the road is substantial with old sash windows not doing much for noise insulation and the blinds letting in a lot of light. For the price it was a good bet as things can get very expensive in SF - especially when looking for accommodation for a family of four. The owner was efficient and business like in dealing with enquiries and issues.

Sonia's apartment was spacious, clean, all necessary equipment supplied. Ideal location close to restaurants, shops, and regular bus service. Sonia was very helpful when contacted about a few issues. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this apartment.

We (party of 4) stayed at Sonias house for a week and had a good time. The apartment was clean, well equipped and charming although it was an old house. The noisy street on daytime was still quiet at nighttime so that we could sleep well. Public transport was just around the corner. We would recommend the apartment. Thank you Sonia.

5 of us ladies enjoyed staying at this older apartment that has been well kept. It was in a nice area, and we walked almost everywhere. When we didn't walk, the bus stops are just a block or so away. Sonia is great to work with...always responds quickly if you have any questions. All the rooms are very usable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. I live in the country where it's really quiet, so it took me a night to get use to the street noise, but that is the only problem I had (using a fan with it's noise helped a lot). A couple of restaurants we liked were Pizzeria Delfina for dinner (where we got hooked on Affogato) and we liked Sweet Maple for breakfast, both just a short walk away. Fillmore street is a fun place to walk around. Speaking of Affogato...if you like coffee...go to the Blue Bottle (we went to the one in the Ferry Building) and try an Affogato...oh my gosh...soooo good!!! Actually brought tears to one of my friends eyes...lol.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 months while I worked at UCSF and the place was perfect! It was a great location, everything was walking distance or a short cab ride. Sonia was also very accommodating as well if we needed anything at all! It was an amazing place and would recommend it to anyone!

We rented this property for 4 teenage dancers who attended the Alonzo King Lines Ballet training program. It was so perfect for them, since it was fully furnished and in a great, safe neighborhood! They loved it there!

This apartment was great! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for my wife, me and our two teenage sons. The kitchen/eating area was spacious and bright. There is residential permit parking in front of the house. But even better, there is street parking on Bush (two blocks west) , which doesn't even require a residential permit. So we parked the car there and left it for five days for free - you just have to make sure you move it on 'street cleaning day' (the signs are VERY clear). The location can't be beat. You can get to just about every city neighborhood within 15-20 minutes by bus. It is a 2 minute walk to the 38 bus to Union Square (the bus comes every 5 minutes). It is a 15-minute walk to the Fillmore District and Pacific Heights (with its stunning views of the Bay). The neighborhood is very well kept and quiet, away from the tourist crowds. The only things missing are a microwave and a DVD player. And because the bedrooms are in the front of the apartment, you hear the street noise. But these are very minor issues compared to the positives listed above. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this apartment with our little daughter for 3 months when we just moved to San Francisco and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is a good size, with two good bedrooms, a good sized kitchen, bathroom and a nice living room. (The kitchen and living room is open plan with a kitchen island in the middle). There is plenty of space to stay for at least 4 people if you want to. The furniture is nice and the apartment is also VERY well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We did lots of cooking at home and the kitchen is very well equipped with all pans, utensils etc that you need. In terms of location it is located at about 10 minutes walk from Fillmore and it is just in between two very convenient bus lines, the no 1 and no 2 which both takes you downtown. In terms of groceries you have Trader Joe's which is about 3 blocks away. The apartment felt very safe and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Although some of the other reviews have complained about noise we were not bothered by this. The host, Sonia is really nice and helpful and very accommodating and we always got the help we needed with our requests. We can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short or long-term rental in San Francisco, be it for vacation or business. This apartment really felt like home.

Me and my husband recently relocated for work in SF and needed a place to stay for a month while we were looking for a long term rental. We were really lucky to find this apartment. The owner was super friendly and accommodating of our needs. We had all the necessary amenities and space needed for both of us and our little dog. The neighborhood is great, just a few blocks from Fillmore street which is now my favorite street in SF! Transportation is easily accessible and parking was not a problem like in other parts of town. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a "home away from home".

This was a lovely place where we stayed with 2 adults and 3 children. The neighborhood is very nice and lively. We did all our visits walking or taking the bus which is quite easy from that place. We loved going on Fillmore street and California street, only 10mn walking, for shopping, have a drink or eat in a restaurant. It was a good central location in San Francisco.
