the misleading information about gym access. I stayed for over 15 days with a break the first weekend. I was told week one I was a day short to receive passes. also, there was no hooks for towels and no loo paper holder.

Very cleany and quiet place. Room is big and two bathrooms are great.

Difficult temperature setting. Hot or cold, nothing in between.

Good location - close to the underground and shops. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff extremely helpful.

Had to undertake an inventory of everything as soon as we arrived. We were told we would be charged for anything missing so had no choice but to count everything!

Looks like a brand new apartment. Clean, comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurant and train station... 👍

Found out this place from Booking.com and reviews are very good in general, and it is not dissapointing. Hotel is new with nice lay out and simple design. Room size is bigger than other place in London. Close to the tube station (direct to Picadilly ...3/4 stops, and similarly 3/4 stops to paddington) and has bus stop in front of the hotel, good heating system including floor heating which is very important during winter. Not in the fancy area like central London but you will find a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, stores, and open market nearby. Plenty of Halal food if you are a moslem. It has 24/7 reception and they are good in assisting us including my concern with the noise and I was requesting for the room that doesn't face the ground train station and it was accommodated even I didn't book directly but via booking.com

small tokens such as replenishment of coffee sachets (we got 4 sachets of nescafe for a family staying for 1 week) and sugar everyday and also washing tablet will increase customer satisfaction by a lot

great apartment, clean ,comfortable and well presented. we had a one bedroom and sofa bed in the living room for 3 of us, even the sofa bed was comfortable and two beautiful bathrooms. The overground stations is just round the corner (1 min walk) which if you change at Euston you are in city centre within minutes. if you want to get to Camden the 31 bus stops right outside the building.
