We have stayed here a few times and each time the service has been excellent. We like the room sizes and breakfast is wonderful. Location is central to everything we needed.

We had friends also staying at the same time, we were all enjoying a drink in the Radio Bar, however it closed at 11pm - we would have preferred to continue drinking for another hour.

The staff were amazing especially Alisha went above and beyond very modern hotel great location

Location superb and most sought are in walking distance or a tube nearby, roof top terrace is nice but not as big as we thought. Breakfast was great with a large quality selection of items to choose from, room was fine and bright, contrasted with the dark ambience in the hallways, bordering g on a little too dark. But overall a nice experience and a realistic budget

Good location.

Terrible lifts and customer flow. Time wasting check in and check out compared to other hotels. Some nice touches but poorly executed, under staffed. Worst of all charged me twice for the stay but don’t care enough to provide a response within 24 hours. If you don’t like hassle, stay away

Modern look and feel of the hotel, great location for the theatre. Room had a great view.

Staff at breakfast were a little slow, but the breakfast was great.

A central location, staff very friendly and helpful. The reception area is striking and the glass of champagne on arrival is very nice. Also the hotel lobby areas smell very good.

The girl who checked us in was incredibly rude. Told me I was very tense and I should go to the gym to work out. 1 hour later the same Girl walked in our room unannounced and told us our keys had been changed. I think she was trying to rob us or something sinister going on. Horrific experience I will never use the ME group again.

Fabulous hotel and excellent staff

The view from our balcony was spot on and the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble :-)

My only complaint is that on our last night, we were looking forward to a couple of cocktails on the roof terrace bar. However, we were surprised to be told the bar was closed (TO RESIDENTS!!) for a private function !! Given that the rooftop bar was the draw for booking this hotel, it was really disappointing :-(

Excellent breakfast. Prime position on the terrace overlooking the city.

Check-in was poor. Even though it was after 3.30 I was kept waiting for half-an-hour. People came after me and were allocated their rooms before me. I had to go back to the desk and remind them I was still waiting.

The front end was unable to tell me the rate at which I booked and told me they will hold $5K in case on my account and refunded the difference. I asked several times and they told me not to worry but I was. You should always show the rate at the beginning of each stay vs the backend. I appreciate you have a handicap one but I did not request one. The toilet splashed water out of the toilet causing wet area every time you flushed. While Jaime left a card to call. I was not moved out of the room until 2 days later, very dissatisfied.
