Me encantó la ubicación, las amenidades, la habitación muy cómoda. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Un hotel muy recomendable.

El que estuviera descompuesto uno de los dos elevadores, el único funcionando fue muy utilizado y habían tiempos de espera.

Location was excellent. Central to everywhere we wanted to.

We didn't expect the apartment to be on 2 levels. The toilet wasn't in the bathroom but next to the kitchenette area downstairs which was very inconvenient. Check out time was 11.00am. We went out for a walk & came back at 10.50am to collect our cases ,& the rooms were locked. We had to go back to Reception (8 floors down) to ask for access & had a little grumble - no apology at all that this had happened. Poor Customer Service from this member of staff. Fittings & furnishings were quite basic although it was clean.

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben den Tube-Stationen Embankment und Charing-Cross. London-Eye und Westminster in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Grosse Lobby und sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles, grosses Familienzimmer.

Zeer goede lokatie. Verzoek twin beds gehonoreerd. Nette, vrij ruime kamer met kleine kitchenette. Badkamer erg basic. Personeel vriendelijk. Lobby gezellig met wat zitjes en koffiemachine gratis te gebruiken vonden we erg prettig.

De gangen en verlichting vonden we niet echt passen bij een 4 * hotel.

We didnt put a "do not disturb" sign out for the hotel housekeepers not to come in, they did not come and empty the trash or give us new towels. We had to ask the receptionist.

Lokalita skvělá, servis hotelu (snídaně, káva během dne, informace na recepci,...) výborné. Ubytování je 2min od Trafalgar Sqr., přesto na pokoji klid. V okolí řada restaurací a bister a obchodů. Snídaně na hotelu za 15 liber, ale skvělá, podle vlastního výběru, lze doporučit.

It was amazing. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly. Close the His Majesty’s theatre (which is what we wanted).

No lights over any mirror to do makeup and hair. Breakfast waist of money, very over priced for what you receive. only ate once for that reason. get breakfast else were.Would have liked coffee and tea in the rooms to go with the kitchen and kettle.

방음이 잘 안되는것같긴한데 전반적으로는 만족합니다.

Es war gut, dass das Zimmer eine kleine Küche hatte. Das Bett war für zwei breit genug, obwohl ich zwei Einzelbetten gebucht hatte. Ich fand die Steckdose mit europäischem System super!

Das Zimmer ist sehr alt und benötigt eine Renovierung. Die Toilette ist nicht für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Fenster waren auch alt.

The bathroom was an accessible bathroom. So furniture sink, were lower than normal. This was not made obvious to us on booking or when we checked in at reception. It was ok but would of preferred normal height sink etc. I think guests should be made aware of this so they can choose .

I booked hotel for 8 nights so they know we will come these days before two weeks but they didn’t clean the room and they didn’t check if its clean or not Also the one of the staff he didn’t respect us and he was shouting on as while we check it And the system of hotel they not clean the room and the bathroom dialy they do once every 6 days 😳😳😳 if you have garbage you take it out In general this hotel the worse in been their

I liked the beds....but the rest of the place was not 4 or 5 stars - it needs some TLC, especially the bathrooms. Thought we paid a lot of money for a rather average hotel with not a lot on offer apart from the location.

La ubicación excepcional, puedes ir andando a cualquiera de los lugares emblemáticos de Londres. Así mismo, coger el metro o el bus también es cómodo, pues hay paradas cerca. El acceso a café y leche (de vaca, de la real, no en polvo) a cualquier hora del día, es una buena idea (mis hijas tomaban un colacao por la noche todos los días).Es muy agradable la sala de estar del hotel, justo al lado de la recepción.

Los colchones del sofá cama son malos, muy finos y con muelles que se clavan en la espalda, por lo que tuvimos que dormir los 2 adultos y mis 2 hijas en la cama grande.

Location, room clean, nice bed, and staff was very helpful.

A great welcome on arrival from very friendly guy, Edd. Bed was extremely comfy and our room was so quiet.

Bath/shower seemed narrow but I think that was because of the disabled bars attached to the wall. It was absolutely fine for one night. Shower was a good pressure.

Loved the room and location and the fact that the door card worked for the room, lift and outer doors every time, which we have never had before at any hotel!

I’m not keen on lifts so would always rather opt for stairs - sadly if you opt for the stairs here they are concrete in a dark staircase only lit when you pass which feels like a multi storey car park. A stair option which felt like part of the hotel would be perfect
