The Grand at Trafalgar Square

I thought the location was good. I was disappointed with my room, when you pay that much money I don’t expect to walk into a “Premier inn “ standard room. I thought that the breakfast was very good and of an excellent standard. The quality of the hot and cold was spot on. I was disappointed with the apparent lack of reception, when I booked The Grand, I expected something grand and welcoming for the money paid, it was a present for my wife, along with a show and dinner, the latter two didn’t disappoint…….

Very central location

Small room, slightly tired and grubby.

My go to hotel for business

The bed was comfortable and good TV service with streaming available.

It felt detached. More like a building with rooms but not connected. Having to pay a holding charge when it’s not advertised before booking.
