The apartment is compact but has a lovely relaxed feel. The small verandah with a table and two chairs is a real bonus. You can eat outside while looking over the green to the sea.

Wonderfully compact accommodation wanting for nothing. Great location for the town and beach. Annie kept in touch throughout to ensure we had everything we needed, so couldn't ask for any more.

Can be difficult finding parking close by during the day, but easier in the evening.

We have stayed here before and like the location and facilities. As it was summer this time were were able to enjoy sitting on the decked area looking across to the sea.The owners are really good at communicating before and if needed during the stay🙂

The location of Driftwood is perfect if you are without a car. It's within walking distance of the rail station. You can see the Bus interchange from the apartment. The decor is lovely, so tastefully done. The furniture is high quality. A very comfortable bed and couch. An easy walk to the sea, the Pier, shops and restaurants. The small balcony is a real bonus for a ground floor flat. We had a very enjoyable time in Cromer. The Coast Hopper bus was so convenient. We got to Wells and the North Norfolk Railway at Sheringham. A memorable holiday for us. Thanks Annie & Vernon.

The cleanliness, the location, the view and balcony

Could have done with a parasol for the veranda as it is in full sun most of the while and became a bit unusable in the intense sun.

Everything about it, driftwood studio is easy to walk to from the train station. Annie and vernon so very helpful, brilliant hosts, nothing to much bother for them 👏

Annie and Vernon were excellent hosts. They went above and beyond my expectations. The location was great. Short walk from the train station. 1/2 block to the bus station and very close to the heart of the town. Cromer is a lovely Seaside town.

The weather was sunny but cold. I suggest you take warm clothes if you are going in May.

It was so clean & such a great location so close to everything. We were met at the property & everything was explained to us.

We were only there 3 nights so not enough time to explore as much as we would have liked.

The weather wasn't great.

The studio is lovely, warm, clean and cosy exactly as it appears on the pictures online. It is very near the station, if you arrive with the train, and it is a minute from the seaside and the city's centre. The owners have been very welcome and went above and beyond to help me find the place from the station. Everything you would need is provided. The communication was excellent since the booking time. I would go back again if/when visiting Cromer.

Driftwood Studio was spotlessly clean, in a superb location and had everything one could require; it deserves its high rating. Communication was timely, helpful & always reassuring. We were made to feel very welcome and are looking forward to returning in the autumn.

Annie & Vernon met us at the studio, saved us a parking space, explained how everything worked, gave recommendations for restaurants and pubs. They even supplied milk and biscuits. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent position and great facilities. Fulfilled all our needs over the New Year period. Spotlessly clean, nothing to be critical of at all. Would visit and recommend to anyone.

Window blinds a little tricky, but once you get the hang of the chains it is fine.

Everything perfect

The whole property is immaculately clean. It was lovely and warm even though the outside temperature was barely above freezing for the whole of our stay. It is well appointed and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The shower is good and the water is HOT! It is in a great position for the beach, the town centre and the station. There is a nearby car park, if you can't get a spot on the street. The hosts are very friendly and easy to contact and the Christmas tree was a lovely unexpected bonus 😊 We definitely intend booking again as soon. as we can.

in today’s age, lacking a phone charging socket, outside parking was difficult, due to inconsiderate local Parker’s.

I arrived to work for a few days and was joined by my other half for the last night. I arrived by train and it was a short walk from the station. The location is excellent for the town centre and sea front and has a lovely verandah with sea views. The property has a large bay window too. It is very comfortable and warm and feels homely ...very good for solo traveller! There is a smart bathroom with great shower and well equipped kitchen. The bed was really comfortable. Having tea, coffee, milk and cookies left for me was very much appreciated.

We were met at the property by Annie and Vernon (who also kindly offered to save us a parking space for our arrival if we needed it). They were the perfect hosts and had the heating on ready for our arrival due to the bad weather. There were lovely biscuits and milk provided for us which was a lovely touch. The apartment is wonderful with all appliances so we could cook with lots of extras like kitchen roll and washing up liquid and lovely toiletries etc provided. Also luxury thick towels and loads of them! With clean ones delivered half way through our stay and quietly left at the door with a message to let us know. The bed was so comfy we slept over ten hours a night which we never do at home. There is also a small but perfect little terrace to sit out on with a sea view. It's the absolute perfect location for the beach, shopping and local buses and train. We loved it so much that the day we arrived we decided to book driftwood again for our next break to cromer as it's so perfect, we we're worried there wouldn't be any availability left. So we are happy we are now booked early for next summer. Thank you Annie and Vernon for a wonderful stay! :-)
