Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

The hotel is in a lovely quiet location about 8 minute walk from the train station. All the staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. We had a fantastic room overlooking the rice fields and mountains. Loads of choice at breakfast, we had dinner there 1 night too and it was excellent. We visited the spa and had a facial and massage which were fabulous and excellent value for money. Great advice from the receptionist staff about visiting the mountain early, the views were on another level. Best hotel of our holiday.

Nothing everything was petfect

Really enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again. We stays 4 nights and had a large room with the views of the valley rice terraces, fansipan mountain and the train travelling to the cable car you could even see the cable car and all the fansipan monuments from the balcony!!!! The break fast was great and dinners equally fantastic...we had a few massages in the Spa and would highly recommend. I really liked the location it was only a 10 min walk to the town square but because it was at the end of the street there was no traffic so very quiet. We had a few swims but i would say the pool area is only okay for cold dip after a long day of walking

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Lage ist außerhalb, zu Fuß der Ort erreichbar allerdings ziemlich steil, sehr schlecht beleuchtet und die Straße ist extrem schlecht. Es gibt zwar einen Spa jedoch nur eine Masseurin und auch die ist nur sehr eingeschränkt verfügbar. Das Bild vom Pool ist nicht aktuell - es wurde in der Zwischenzeit offenbar ein Gebäude davor errichtet, nur an einer kleinen Ecke gibt es noch Ausblick. Der Service im Restaurant war nicht gut, es gibt zwar viel Personal aber die stehen hauptsächlich herum. Das Wetter war schlecht, das ist nicht zu ändern, aber es war im ganzen Hotel sehr kalt - das Personal hatte dicke Jacken an.
