Given the price, the quality of the linen and the general cleanliness was not up to scratch

the location is great, the view is amazing, the bad beds were comfortable and the apartment is equipped well Sonia was nice, available and helpful when needed

the apartment was not as clean as it should. some of the furniture are out dated and old. the overall feeling is not as luxurious as it should for that kind of money….

the overall place and location is 11/10! Really enjoyed the view and my kids loved it too! the proximity to tram station Lenval was helpful especially considering we were there during the height of the European heatwave. Kitchen facilities were complete as well as Netflix access for entertainment. The rooms were quite simple but served it’s purpose - why stay in the apartment the whole time in Nice! Truly and enjoyable place and sure to be visited again.

There is nothing much to dislike about Le Mirage - maybe a touch up on some aspects like bedrooms and baths - just to freshen up the feel. Otherwise, this is a perfect place for any family visiting Côte d’Azur and sure to be loved!

the view was incredible just like their pictures - the beach was across the road - the tram one block behind gave us easy access to all NIce - bus stop near for quick access to resteraunts on the esplanade

Everything was great! The location, the view, the apartment - all perfect!

Spacious apartment on the Promenade, fantastic see view with nice and very clean beach 40 m away. Cocoon bar is a cool place to chill or lunch. Small shop and boulangerie is around the corner. If you come by car, you can rent a place in Lanval parking which is quite handy and close to appartment.You can also take a tram to the city center (10-12 mins).

A bit tired in general but with the right atmosphere

Incredible view, super luminous, comfortable and well decorated apartment, very good service from beginning to end.

Very excellent location right across from the water/beach area. The host that met us to give the keys was very nice and personal. Had coke and water in the fridge for us. Very spacious. Parking garage right next door to apartment was very convenient. Having A/C was wonderful!!! Restaurant around the corner (Auberge Saint Antoine) was fantastic. Great place if you want to be a little farther from the more touristy area. Gorgeous views from balcony. Beaches nearby are all pebble beaches, not sand.

There is a very small washing machine, but no dryer. There is a restaurant/club across the street on the beach that has loud music into the late evening. This is not a problem if the windows are closed. If you want to sleep with windows open, expect to hear the music. It wasn't quite as clean as I expected. The higher end restaurants and shops and more touristy area is about 2km walk away. The elevator is very tiny and only 2-3 people can fit. Expect to take the stairs up to 4th floor.
