the location was great. the apartment was fairly spacious and the staff were helpful
there was a terrible smell in the apartment. it pervaded everything. we purchased Glen20 and other disinfectant sprays to clean (although it was reasonably clean) and to try and get rid of the smell. but nothing we did worked.

the location was great. trams and easy access around area. nice and quiet room, building is very clean and nice. People we collected key of were very pleasant.
We did not find the room as clean as I would of expect, was a cold two nights in Melb so a extra blanket or a doona on the bed would of helped.

Apartment location and gym/ pool facilities.
Apartment condition was not up to standard compared to the photos. Carpets and blinds were stained. Floors worn. Missing fridge door handle. No balcony furniture. Needs a full clean and freshen up for the price.

Host was super patient, even when I couldnt work out how to open door to balcony, or parked in the wrong spot and accused someone else of using wrong park, or messed up internet password.

Not enough seating to relax, only a 2 seater couch when the place had enough beds for 4 guests. Lounge TV didn’t work, bed lamp broken, one blind broken

The view is spectacular and the apartments are in a great location. The apartment is clean and tidy. Tram stop is out the front, supermarket across the road.

We stayed in Room 2805 on the nights of 03/03 and 04/03/2023.
We booked through Bookings.com and paid $1710 for the 2 nights (confirmation number 3117539450, booking name Claire Billing). This email is to express our dissatisfaction with many aspects of our stay. Please see below a list of issues and corresponding photos.
Several hooks in the main hallway were falling off leaving unsightly holes in the plaster.
The carpet was filthy dirty. Especially in the main bedroom, the carpet is beyond steam cleaning and needs replacing. The dust built up around the edges was revolting.
The hard floors had dirty drip marks on it and the edges around the cornice were filthy and had collected debris and dust. We got dirty feet from walking on the floor barefoot.
The paintwork was chipped and had scuffs on it. The whole apartment is in dire need of a re-paint.
The footrests and cushions in the loungeroom had visible spills.
The shower in the main bathroom was coated in a slimy sludge around the edges (that wiped off when rubbed with foot). It was evident the showers hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time.

Dirty finger prints on TV, powerpoints and bathroom mirrors. Powerpoints were dusting and dirty.

The fridge has no handle and was difficult to open
The wine glasses were an odd set and didn’t match
Several dishes (drinking ware, crockery and cutlery) were dirty. Some had food remains on them. All kitchenware had to be rewashed before using.
The bottom sheet on the beds were tucked in a lot down the bottom and not at all at the top, exposing the mattress protector
The beds were made with the top sheet and blanket tucked in extensively down the bottom so when the person got into the bed, they were only covered from their waist down. Beds had to totally pulled apart and remade.

The location was excellent. The tram stop is right outside the front door of the building. The apartment also had great views.
The furniture was a bit worn out and damaged. The balcony was not clean and there was no stools to use on the balcony or in the lounge to sit and enjoy the amazing view.

Great view. 3 bed 2 bath apartment for 3 couples attending the Australian Open tennis. Free tram right at the door. Woolworths supermarket 100m away once we found the shortcut.

The tv wasn't a smart one, and the sofa was uncomfortable

Great penthouse, spacious and clean. Everyone had a comfortable stay.
The trip from the carpark to the lifts is a bit of a maze but once we found our way it was okay.

Free tram directly outside apartment block giving easy access to CBD and other tram lines, security of building, cleanliness of public areas, Woolworths a couple of minutes walk away.
Strange that ensuite was attached to the room with twin beds and not with the room with double bed. Also main bedroom had no air conditioner while the second room did. Main bedroom had no fan either.

Staff were very helpful. Great location if you want a seat on the tram to the tennis.
The smell. It smelt like rotten garbage in the entranceways and lift.

there is no reception, if you need anything during the weekend you can't get it till Monday. My booking was Friday, Saturday and leave Sunday. The microwave was broken, so when I called them, they told me they were going to fix it on Monday. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Everything - accessibility to tram services and the city. Great water views. Modern facilities. Clean and stylish. Access to lots of great eateries and close to a supermarket.
There was nothing we didn't like about our apartment and it's location. It was ideal.
