Breakfast wasn’t provided. I had my own cereal & coffee & facilties were all good.

Would be better if there were staff on-site more than just at check in. Smoke alarm battery in the apartment was going off as we arrived and was thankfully sorted out by the staff member who checked us in, but if she had already left, it would have been frustrating to then have to contact a maintenance person to fix it, with an unknown timeframe. There was some kind of spillage in the door of the fridge, and also dirty plates and glasses in the cupboard. I ended up washing everything before I used it, as I wasn’t confident things were clean. More attention to the cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery would have been good. The apartment was also really cold. The tiny aircon unit in the lounge room did absolutely nothing to warm it up. Was really cold at night too, to the point of uncomfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, visually appealing apartment. The handoff was easy and all facilities needed were available. Overall had a great time and would stay again.

It was a windy weekend so a draft blew into the apartment making it quite cold. Maybe some extra blankets would have helped with the cold :) A little noisy from the chairs outside but not a big deal, the stay was great regardless.

The drain in the kitchen sink had a disgusting smell that was very off putting our whole stay. We had to keep the plug in and towels over the sink to reduce the stench.

Really good apartments and very practical for what was needed in the stay. Meet all criterea - very happy.

Lovely warm welcome from Veena. Pre arranged time to meet at reception for check in as its not always manned. Good communication. Great location across from Trinity Pub and 5 mins walk from many restaurants and cafes. Great full kitchen set up with oven and dishwasher and full fridge. Lovely spacious apartment. A fan was offered on request and this was nice and gave some white noise for the moderate tram noise, so this didn't bother me. Aircon in loungeroom was lovely and cold. Really enjoyed my stay here and would return.

Bed was firm and I think a topper would make it feel more comfortable and luxurious. A personal preference for a softer bed. The couch and dining chairs look lovely, but not all that comfortable to sit in for a long time. Perhaps some newer cushions on the couch and cushions on the dining chairs might help this. And more coathangers for a lovely big wardrobe. All small things but would really make this apartment more luxurious and comfortable, as it certainly looks lovely.

no AC in bedrooms but provision of a fan helped.

Arrived early due to travelling no flexibility for earlier check in

Amazing views and good space to have a group of 4. Greeted by loving staff & all very excited for our stay (hens). Great location and many local spots to eat, either a 30min walk to main cafes or short drive. All day parking found on street to the side of Hamptons.

unfortunately a families of spiders greeted us & the table outside was quite challenging to sit at with all 4 guests. Only provided with two bin bags.
