Location was perfect, just inside ubud art market.Banana pancakes were the best. Exceeded my expectations especially with the price

Perfect location, breakfast good but not wow, room basic but what you would expect for this price

Breakfast good, rooms were big and charming.
First room I was given had lots of little spiders, they let me switch rooms but the mattress was still quite dirty, but I was sick so I stayed. There is construction going all day, and on random nights the orchestra plays loudly, they don't know the schedule of this so it is basically at random. Super noisy. Staff was helpful. Bathroom needs a good scrub and the mattresses and room needs a good vacuum and dusting.

Wonderful central location
Very kind and welcoming hosts
Charming details, such an old heavy door of the room full of carvings
Unfortunately, even for a very low price (180k/night) I was a bit disappointed with a condition of the room. It had two main issues for me:
1) humidity. Room feels and smells extremely humid, to the point that bed linen feels humid too. I’ve stayed at many budget hotels around Bali, and therefore can compare and insist on that something needs to be done about it here. It was a major reason that made the stay uncomfortable.
2) blanket did not have a cover (bed linen), which I find unhygienic and therefore I wouldn’t use it.
I hope the owners can take this comments for improvement, as a place has truly a great potential.

"Es ist sehr zentral, der Inhaber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Morgens gab es ein bisschen Obst, Tee oder Kaffee. Auch Bananen Pancakes oder Ei varianten."
