Great location well situated in central ubud. Very friendly owner and super clean. For the price you can’t really fault it.

The bathroom is very dated and holes in the wall that are literally open to the outside. Also the rooms are so noisy and the walls are so thin. Super early being woken up and can hear everything

Very tranquil setting excellent location down a short lane way from the Main Street, very quiet can’t hear any traffic 1 minute walk to first shops & cafes of many along the main rd & surrounding area all of the staff were very friendly & helpful and the young man made & carried our breakfast upstairs to our balcony every morning breakfast was amazing & freshly made our room & bathroom was spotlessly clean , immaculate within walking distance to sacred monkey forest & ubud palace & dozens of cafes & shops & spas

Location is quite good and you barely hear the street noises

Quite simple, no TV, no kettle. They do not refill your water bottles so you have to buy water constantly. Pool is shared with other hotel.
