We loved the apartment. Although the building outside looks old, the apartment looks amazing with modern finishes and furniture. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and everything worked well.

An incredible penthouse property! Check in and check out were very smooth. The property has everything you need (feels like home) and it is close to major tourist attractions. The location is quiet, safe, and perfect for your stay in Madrid!

Good location, near Madrid Atocha Train station.
There's a lady who comes in an apartment to do the check-in procedure. We love the apartment, especially the shower, there's additional options for shower water to jet towards just upper body and/or lower body while showing. We simply love this feature! The kitchen utensils are well equipped and look very nice in design. Btw, I highly recommend a Chinese restaurant not far away, Buen Gusto. The dish tastes very good! And it's good to visit the market in Madrid, may not be cheap, but it's good to try different food, the stall selling olives there has many varieties and it's delicious!
The power tripped and black out when we returned to apartment that night, we did turned off everything except a lamp near door when we left the apartment. Spend sometime trying to contact apartment management, finally with their help through phone, found the circuit breaker behind the mirror and problem solved.

Location
We were stuck in the lift for about 30 minutes. Emergency line goes to an external third party agent who could not speak English. Other reviewers reported a problme with lift and we should have been warned. Instead, the reponse was a loe thatbthis has been the first instance. The power also tripped on one of the nights and we could not find the fuse box.

Great location, comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely to have the terrace to relax outside. Good communication with the friendly, helpful staff

the property was clean, well located and it was a perfect place for my family to spend the holidays in Madrid
the lift was not working for the first 24hrs but once this got resolved, it was a very pleasant stay.

It was in an easy location for public transport at Atocha station, there was a supermarket close by, there was also heating and a washing machine. The communication with the staff was exceptional, I forgot my handbag inside the property after we had checked out and they rushed over to help me. This was very kind as I was catching an early train and had to wake the staff up to help me. I was very stressed and they came without any hesitation.
The lift was out of service and the apartment was on the 6th level, there was no dryer and the radiator would turn on intermittently without our control.

Very spacious, good location.
A bit outdated. Shower control is OK. Second toilet smells. The bed was squeaky Not luxurious atmosphere.
It costs us over 300 per night so l expected a little more.

Very spacious, multiple bathrooms which is important for a large group of people. Comfy and cosy and very comfortable beds
Heathers were a bit dusty which shows not deep cleaning after all. But not a big deal. In general a very nice experience

The apartment was very clean. The terrace is very sunny and it’s a pleasure to drink your coffee under the sun! The kitchen has everything we needed! The nespresso machine was a good surprise!
The sofa bed wasn’t prepared. We have to do it by ourselves. It was totally uncomfortable to sleep in it!

Location: for me it worked because it is very close to Atocha train station. Very good connections to the city (metro lines).
There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like going out in the city center.
The terrace is amazing although not sunny, too bad I was there in January and couldn’t enjoy it properly. But the apartment heating was great!
Very clean building and apartment, you have all the things you need for cooking and washing clothes.
The entrance door lock could be changed to something newer.
The Moka coffee pot is from aluminium and doesn’t work on the induction stove. There is a coffee filter machine but a Nespresso would have been nicer.
The bathroom sink faucet cannot be used very well at the middle (cold + hot water) because it’s restricted by the mirror.
Some more attention to details in general and little improvements would help for a more premium experience.

The owner showed a warm greeting and hospitality. Location was very good. Walking distance to Retiro and museo del prado. Very close to the metro station and bus stops. Have a great terrace and comfortable bed and sofas.
The kitchen utensils was not enough and didn't have dishwasher. Even the soup and garbage bag was not enough.
There was a lot of noise during the last 2 days because the neighbor apartment started to do renovation.
