The hotel had good facilities, service and was clean. Location was quiet and safe.
It was far from old quarter and other city attractions.

The hotel is located conveniently in Ba Dinh area making the old quarter and other parts of the city easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure to always help us with our luggage and accommodating for my partner's tricky dietary requirements. The rooms are spacious with a good layout and the cleaners did an excellent job every time the room was tidied. Plus the rooms are completely soundproof so I had a very restful night's sleep the whole time.
Only one small thing was slightly frustrating; the room did not provide proper shampoo or hair conditioner, only bath foam and shower gel, meaning I had to buy my own for the duration of the stay. I also thought that maybe there could have been more variety in the breakfast buffet for long-stay guests, but these are very minor gripes.

"This hotel is in good location and close to city centre. My room is upgraded without fee and it is great with a balcony. It is a wonderful experience there, especially with the people, like Hồng Hạnh,..."
