We vonden dit een heerlijk verblijf tijdens onze laatste dagen in Vietnam. De faciliteiten zijn top en het personeel erg vriendelijk. De kamer voldoet aan alle Westerse gemakken. We zouden hier zo weer boeken!

Het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is de afstand van de bezienswaardigheden en om de spits heen leven. Je kunt prima voor de spits een Grab naar The Old Quarter pakken. Daar betaal je veel meer voor hotels met dit soort faciliteiten en hier bespaar je enorm op de kosten, terwijl je wel de luxe ervaart.

두번째 이용 세탁기, 인덕션이 있어 편리하고 수영장, 헬스장이 있어 좋음. 약 10분 거리에 마트가 있음. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줌. 난방도 나쁘지 않았고 셔틀 서비스도 적당한 금액으로 잘 이용함. 조식도 아기자기한 일본식과 계란요리, 쌀국수를 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 좋음. 주변에 로컬 음식점 나쁘지 않음.

위치가 걸어서 명소를 가기에는 조금 아쉬움. 다만 그랩으로 택시 잘 오고 자전거는 무료로 빌려주고 오토바이는 150,000동으로 1일 이용할 수 있다.

The staff is incredibly kind and supportive: in reception, at the swimming pool and also - very relevant! - the housekeepers, just everyone! The two-level apartment was very nice - including a beautiful balcony - and every need we had was covered. There is a beautiful playground. Breakfast consists of a well sorted buffet, with a lot of fresh food. The swimming pool is lovely.

To mention something, the swimming pool might be warmer in winter!

The rooms are great with everything you need and more. The room had a full size refrigerator and kitchen and…a washer and dryer. Wow. The owner, management and staff are truly top notch.

Great room conditions. Wonderful hospitality of staff. Satisfied location (due to the grab service, we could go anywhere easily). No noise from the streets. Indoor swimming pool was also well maintained.

I was staying in 2-bedroom suite with my family. There was only one bathroom. Of course the condition of bathroom was good, but one more bathroom would be perfect.

There are many breakfast choices, like fresh fruit and fresh juice would be a nice addition :). The staff speaks English, and the management is friendly. The rooms are clean, and it's a quiet place.

Nothing grand. Our bed on the first night was quite firm, but upon requesting a softer mattress, the hotel promptly arranged for it. For those seeking accommodation near the old quarter, a Grab ride is necessary, taking approximately 20 minutes for travel to and from the old quarter. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to stay.

Five Star Westlake Hotel & Serviced Apartment ist, wie der Name es schon andeutet, ein Komplex mit Apartments. Diese kann man aber für einen short term wie ein oder zwei Nächte buchen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile und auch eine Waschmaschine. Für die wird einem sogar das Waschpulver zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage an einer lebhaften Strasse ist aus touristischer Sicht gut, man ist recht schnell mit einem Grab z.b. in der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist extrem bemüht. Explizit loben möchte ich an dieser Stelle die Wahl der Matratzen. Die sind so hart, wie ich das in den letzten 10 Jahren nicht erlebt habe. Aber sie waren einfach nur wunderbar, ich werde meine zu Hause tauschen. Vielen Dank für diesen Mut.

Das der Empfang nach 23:00 nicht besetzt ist, war für mich kein Problem. Das Frühstück findet in einem zweckentfremdeten Apartment im 2. Stock statt. Das ist entsprechend klein und eng, und wirkt leider nicht wie 5*. Der Dusche könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden. Und der Pool machte einen leicht unfreundlichen Eindruck. Vielleicht hätte es geholfen, all die unter Wasser verbauten Lichter einzuschalten ?

Le comfort de la chambre, les équipements dont la machine à laver séchant, la piscine et la salle de sport. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel, un grand merci à eux ! Le petit déjeuner est simple et complet. On hésitera pas à revenir.

Ce n'est pas dans le vieux quartier du coup compliqué pour les excursions.

L'hôtel répond à tous exigences. La superficie, la propreté, les équipements (il y a même un lave linge séchant !) tout est pratique et bien aménagé. Le personnel est très professionnel, jeune et dynamique ! Le petit déjeuner est très raffiné à la japonaise et c'est plutôt bon. La piscine et la salle de gym est très bien !

Rooms were clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was quiet and classy. Breakfast as also pretty decent. Swimming pool and gym was at a high floor with a nice view.

very old linen. too much light switches and in the end not getting the right lighting. Warm water in bath depends on a switch outside!!!!. no night table on both sides and no electricity connectors on both bed sides. uncomfortable place where breakfast is served and breakfast service stop serving little bit early. cleaning service does not tyde up anything. somethings forgot to put toilet paper or toiletres.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We also took advantage of the washing machine in the room. Breakfast was good and typical. Completely worth it and recommended!

Position is not exceptional for the old quarters, but the staff helped us in renting a motorbike for a very fair price. We also had an issue with the room, but the staff provided us a full and kind assistance.

Es handelt sich um ein für Ha Noi typisches modernes Appartment-Hochhaus, das wohl vor allem für Eigentums-Appartments gebaut wurde, die es in den oberen Etagen wohl auch sind. In den unteren Etagen (1-4) werden diese Wohnungen nun als Hotel vermietet. Man mietet quasi eine voll möblierte und mit Küche, Waschmaschine etc. ausgestattete Wohnung. Unsere hatte auch eine Badewanne und einen großen Balkon, der sich über Wohn- und Schlafzimmer zog. Das Besondere an diesen Appartments ist, dass trotz vorhandener Küchen auch ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten wird. Die zentralen Bereiche des Gebäudes (Lobby, Vorfahrt, Pool etc.) sind ziemlich luxoriös ausgeführt. Unser Appartment war sehr angenehm, ruhig und sauber.

Von "nicht gefallen" kann kaum die Rede sein - wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist eben baulich ein Appartment-Wohnhaus, kein Hotel. Das Frühstück wird in einer umfunktionierten Wohnung "serviert". Das kann man m. E. durchaus als improvisiert bezeichnen, da geht es auch schnell mal eng zu und so richtig gemütlich zum Verweilen ist es nicht. Restaurant etc. gibt es auch nicht. Im Appartment fehlte eine "kleine" Beleuchtung, es gab nur das "große" Deckenlicht. Für uns war das alles kein ernsthaftes Problem. Das einzige ernsthafte Manko war die fehlende (!) Terrassentür im Schwimmbad. Je nach Wetter in Ha Noi ist es dadurch im Poolbereich entweder zu warm oder zu kalt. Bei uns - Mitte November - war es letzteres, mit nur 17°C Außen=Innentemperatur kam keine richtige Freude auf beim Baden im ansonsten sehr großen und tollen Poolbereich. Dem Vernehmen nach fehlte die Tür wohl schon seit zwei Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt - einfach unbegreiflich bei angeblichem 5-Sterne-Niveau, dass nicht wenigstens einmal improvisiert wird, wo doch Vietnam sonst so gut ist im Improvisieren...

War wirklich sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Eine ruhige Oase in Mitten von Hanoi! Frühstück war top - mal ein kleiner Einblick ins japanische Frühstück. Personal wirklich super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!

Die Lage ist wirklich schön, aber grade als Tourist spielt sich das meiste im Old Quarter ab.. Mit Grabs lässt es sich aber auch gut ins Old Quarter kommen.

Персонал приветливый, комфортабельные условия проживания, больший бассейн, еда однообразна каждый день, но в целом вкусная.

Хотела бы отметить, что горничные без напоминания ничего не делают,то тапочки забудут поменять,то мокрый халат оставят,и на полу были разводы и местами пыльно,уборка была сквозь рукава, на столе так же могли остаться крошки и пыль. И это все несмотря на оставленные очень хорошие чаевые в первый же день, и кстати оставленный мной сникерс в номере так и был не найден 😀

Very clean and modern. The room was big for Hanoi. Breakfast was good.

The location is not ideal for tourists as most tours won't pick you up from this location. You have to catch a cab to pick up points in peak hour traffic. It takes a good 30-40mins to walk to old quarter and central Hanoi. Being outside of the center there isn't alot of food options for you to get dinner. You also need to request a soft bed as the beds where like sleeping on a concrete block.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent lakeside location. The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.
