Locks were broken, bathroom doors weren’t closing

The ambience was good as always
Provided only one single towel for 6 people, the Ac of the second room was not working properly as it couldn't cool the room at all tho it was running on 18°c for the whole night. And the Ac was even leaking with water.

- Good location
- Decent rooms- 3bhk
- 2 decent washrooms/bathrooms
- Great host
- All required utensils for cooking available, along with refrigerator
Things that could be better:
- Apartment seems to be pretty old
- No washing machine available
- Only 2 rooms were AC, 1 room was non-AC
- The ACs were also pretty old, and needs time to start cooling

Neat and clean. very cooperative owner. went on Diwali but still it was pretty quiet neighborhood and no interference by fellow flat residents
it’s a bit difficult to find. the care taker of the flat locks the gate by midnight so post that food delivery became a hassle

The owner was very coordinating and prompt. The location was good. The property is good. A beautiful simple sophisticated decorative flat BUT.. little changes required. Though Will book again for sure. 🎉
The furnitures and electricals need a little repair and the door locks are not upto the mark. Few more lights are appreciative. Rest all good

There is nothing to like about it apart from the location, as it is situated very close to Acropolis mall. The apart is filthy and not maintained at all. Everything in the apartment, including the entire building, feels like it will fall off anytime.
If you are family please avoid this extremely unhygienic place which also seemed very less secured to me.
The apartment is pathetic and very poorly kept. The pictures are misleading , please don't use the old pictures, kindly update it

The location is great as described in the listing, the apartment is spacious with decent amenities and the host is very prompt and considerate with requests.
The apartment lacks maintenance, there were dusts and cobwebs in many places. The price being charged is quite premium so one expects a spic n span place if not luxurious. The bed n bath linen were in quite sorry state and were replaced with no better stuffs so effectively that replacement doesn't count. Also, wifi was mentioned however a dongel with 1 GB data was provided - so if one plans to do proper office stuff then this is not sufficient.
