+ BEST Wi-Fi I had in Tenerife. I work remotely so Wi-Fi is a big deal. Stayed in 3 different locations during my 6-week stay in Tenerife and this apartment had by far the best Wi-Fi. + Great location - supermarkets, restaurants, bars, anything you can wish for is right there, within walking distance. And the beach is only 6 minutes away. + Host was really helpful when we checked out and allowed us to keep the luggage there till we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost. Big thank you!

- Road Noise. Both bedrooms have a view on the Avenida de los Playeros. You will hear the very loud noise the garbage workers make every single night when they pick it up. Twice a night, every night, at different hours. If you're looking for a quiet place where you can get a good night's sleep, Bubu Beach is not the place for you. Apartment 3 where we stayed in definitely isn't. - Bed sheet in the master bedroom looked like it had been used for many many many years. At first I thought they forgot to change the sheets. I washed them at 90 degrees and realized washing them did not help. Some of the white towels had yellow spots. Linen and towels and mattress (!!!) in the master bedroom + shower curtain - needed to be changed with new ones. Like a while ago. - If you use the washer, there will be a power outage. If you use the hair dryer, there will be a power outage. - There is no elevator and the corridor is very narrow. So if you have a big heavy luggage you will have a very hard time to get it upstairs.
