Recently stayed at Seaton Brook, whilst visiting relatives in Liverpool. I can thoroughly recommend! Spotless, welcoming, comfortable, everything you may need is there! Deb & Andy were lovely hosts, & were very understanding & supportive of my situation. It's in a quiet location with easy access to all main routes.I'm sure I'll be back!

Liked it all! Be nice to have a view, & if pets were allowed my brother & little dog could stay.

Perfect location at the end of a cul de sac so no traffic noise. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge freezer

Tap in bathroom wash basin bit to large for sink so if on full there was slight overflowing from basin

The rooms were beautifully decorated with thought put into every detail. The cupboards were full of dishes, there were lots of dvds, extra cosy blankets. Deb was super friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Deb and Andy were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating in every respect. The apartment was quiet and I was always assured of a good night's sleep. It is well situated to cater for a range of activities, either visiting the city centre, cycling through the countryside or travelling further afield to the Wirral, Chester, etc. Everything you could want for a stay was available at the apartment, which was very well appointed, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Amazing hosts couldnt do enough for us polite and very professional clean tidy and very affordable defo us again if I'm up there again and to top it off the lovely host made us a chilli and it was to dye for not one thing bad 100 must use
