The villa was excellent, very roomy and clean. The staff were super helpful. The beach across the road was great, not a calm beach suitable for young children to swim, but great for surfers and teens. The breakfast had an excellent selection.

I was a bit disappointed with the food. I would say out of our three weeks in Bali, it was the most disappointing place to eat.

The pool areas were quite small and no loungers available at poolside. Over priced, paid over $300 per night and was expecting more wow factor. A lot of noise at night.

I stayed in a Villa and the amenities were exceptional. My family also stayed in seperate rooms. Their rooms were great too. The location was perfect. The adults only pool was a breath of fresh air when you dont have little kids. The swim up bar and service was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful. We had 2 special dinners whilst there. We enjoyed the royal feast for my birthday and we also had the Tepanyaki. Both incredible.

The first family room my family was shown smelt musty and was a little cramped. They moved to a second room. The same. The third room was wonderful. Make sure you speak up if unhappy with the room. The hotel did not charge extra for the nicer room. I was very happy with the outcome.

We love everything about our stay but mostly the staff are very friendly, the location is great and it's much quieter than being in Seminyak. We also love the food. We couldn't fault any of our meals and the cocktails are excellent.

We booked a teppanyaki dinner at 8pm but the previous group were way overdue and we did not want to wait any longer, also no one else would be joining the two of us. Went to the restaurant downstairs but both our main meals were awful so a disappointing last night.

Brilliant seaside location of resort, awesome breakfast and restaurant food, very helpful staff. Super comfortable bed, pillow menu, beautiful grand premier pool villa.

Offered "upgrade" from premier pool villa to grand premier pool villa, for which we happily paid an additional US $40 per night. The Villa itself was spectacular and definitely worth the money if it had been located anywhere else..... Unfortunately it was tucked tightly into the corner of the property near the beach, with very busy roads within just metres of our bed on two sides. Sadly the local bike gangs enjoyed dragging down the beach road every night of our stay, mostly between midnight and 3am. If I wasn't feeling so sick from acute bronchitis (three doctor's visits in 6 days), I would definitely have asked to be moved, I just didn't have the energy to pack and unpack again. This was definitely no upgrade in my opinion, not a single night of peace.

The pool was clean. Breakfast was gòod and we ate dinner in the restaurant on 2 occasion.

My wife requested a softer sleeping pillow as the 4 in the room were extremely hard. She was offered a airline neck pillow. After another request for a softer pillow she was presented with a latex pillow and a security deposit of 1,600,000rp. We returned the useless pillow the next morning.

The road noise (motor bikes) was a problem in our Villa until about 2am as it was close to the road.

It was central to shops and restaurants and right on the beach so was in a really convenient location. Staff were also so lovely and attentive.

Room service closed so it was hard to get food after 10:30. Even though room service closes at most places in Australia in Bali there are a few places that do 24 hour room service which is great for when you come back from town hungry.

Airport transfer arranged with 3rd party on arrival. Lovely accommodation and staff really friendly and helpful. Great spa and pool facilities. comfortable room and good aircon.

Kids club could have more options. The beach next to hotel was lovely but further down so much litter on the beach and not many bins around. The local council should deal with this to reduce litter polluting the sea.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and the property was kept lovely.

Our room which we were very happy with was unfortunately situated where every night and for hours a pub situated behind the property had very loud music accompanied by very bad singing. This actually kept us awake each night. The balcony from our room which had a lovely day bed seemed to be near the air conditioning outlet for all levels and it was like walking into an oven when you stepped outside onto the balcony. We couldn't use this area at all as it was just too hot, however loved spending time around the pool. Overall it was very relaxing!

Hotel staff are excellent. Pool was good. Access to beach area good. Close to shops. Room was comfortable private and quiet. Room had s lovely garden view. Breakfast buffet was diverse and of good quality. Menu for lunch/ dinner was a good selection of western and Asian. Good pool. Good bars. Not over priced. Spa massage was excellent.

Gym was rather small and very limited in equipment. Traffic is an issue in travelling anywhere. Constant traffic jams
