The pool bar staff, especially Cipta, Dian and Albert were so friendly and happy to assist us. The breakfast team and food on offer was also amazing; our family loved it!. Thank you from the Talbot family.

It was unfortunate, but my youngest daughter had a cockroach in her bed. When reported the team quickly rectified this but it's an unfortunate memory she now has of her time in Bali.

We recently stayed at the stones and cannot wait to return. Besides for the perfect location, beautiful rooms and huge swimming pool, the main reason for me giving this hotel a 5 star review, is because of the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Both of our children have coeliac disease and cannot eat any gluten or they’ll get very unwell (which I’d informed the hotel about prior to our stay). Every morning at breakfast, the chef (I believe her name was Epi?), would speak with the kids to ask them what they’d like to eat and she would make it fresh for them. It was very comforting to know that the kids were able to eat safely without worrying about getting sick. On our last day as we were leaving, the restaurant manager (Gede?) came running over to us with some sandwiches they’d made for the kids, so that we could take them away with us. We’ve stayed in many different hotels all of the world and have never experienced service like this. The rooms are a great size (we had 2 x deluxe pool view). The swimming pool is huge, with plenty of sun lounges. They have 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour (which goes from 12-6pm). And the buffet breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve ever had! So much variety.

My stay at the Stones is always exceptional. I couldn't fault a thing. The staff are amazing and so helpful and lovely. One of your employees Radit has always been a great help and such a pleasure to deal with.

Rooms were actually interconnecting (we had asked for them to be close together as we were travelling with our teen kids) which was a great bonus. Breakfast outstanding. Staff around the pool were fabulous and food was great. Reception staff couldnt be more helpful. All staff that we came across were amazing.

Pool bar (the bar within the pool) service was average - we didnt bother trying to get served after waiting for 10mins (and still not being served) on the first try. Bar staff are so busy catering to the other waiters on the land side of the bar. I wouldve preferred to have additional seating available after dinner (not part of the restaurant) - just casual seating around the pool, as we liked to play cards or other games. We were able to sit at the tables and chairs around the pool, however there was an expectation to buy drinks or food. More pool table options. There were constantly people waiting for other people to finish, which made the experience rushed. There is plenty of room for another 1 or 2 pool tables.

Great property. Very clean and the facilities were amazing along with the buffet breakfast. The staff including all the trainee staff did absolutely amazing job looking after myself and all the guests. Front desk was welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was divine - so many options including a juice bar, eggs anyway you like, nasi and mee goreng made to order every morning, donut wall. Cocktails around the pool were great. Happy hour on cocktails from 12 to 6 everyday. Bed was one of the comfiest I have ever had at a hotel and room was lovely. Overall an awesome place to stay.
