Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach

Large comfortable rooms . Super large bed - seemed family sized ! Fabulous choice of food for breakfast to suit every nationality. By the beach Great pool with swim up bar . Well organised with the sun loungers . Polite helpful staff.

The local people working within the hotel are friendly and very helpful . They could improve by being pro-active. So spending a little time to go by the loungers and ask if anyone would like something to drink or eat. It would increase their pool restaurant sales for sure !

Loved this property! The pool was amazing and so spacious. It never felt too full or busy. Plenty of lounge chairs, super comfortable. Breakfast was always yum and service from the staff was very good. Room was very spacious and clean. Spa experience was lovely and professional. Gym very clean with towels provided. Gardens beautifully maintained.

Between 2 people, we were only given 2 350ml bottle of water a day. This was to drink and brush teeth which was far too little. We constantly had to call and ask for more to be brought, but ended up going across the road to the mini mart of buy 4 litres of water at a time.

We stayed one night in transit. Family room was great for the 4 of us. The kids appreciated their gifts and the bath in the bathroom was fantastic. The resort pool and breakfast were also really high quality and we enjoyed booking our sun lounges, accessing the water sports and enjoyed a nice lunch in the Italian restaurant. Staff were very friendly.

Family room size wouldn't be great for more than a couple of nights. Nothing else - we were well looked after and accommodated.

The pool was great, warm enough to swim all day with a swim up bar and happy hour. Staff were extremely friendly.

My children’s bed sheets had a stain on them. Rooms were dated but clean. The noise throughout the hotel at night was very loud with banging doors and people in corridors. One particular night people arrived at 2am. The noise of yelling and screaming continued throughout the whole night. They were in the pool and bouncing basketballs throughout the property. We felt that staff had no control over the situation and it could have been handled better with security that actually walked the property to ensure a peaceful environment at night for other guests.
