Unsere Meerblick-Suite war geräumig und verfügte über einen grossen Balkon. Die Einrichtung war funktional, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bat eine riesige Auswahl an asiatischen und europäischen Speisen und war grundsätzlich reichhaltig und gut. Die beiden Spezialitätenrestaurants, Italienisch und Japanisch, waren von der Qualität der Speisen her absolut erstklassig. Auch der Service war makellos. Schade nur, dass wir immer die einzigen Gäste waren. Gartenanlage, Poolbereich und der private Strandabschnitt waren sehr hübsch und auch sehr gepflegt.

Das Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Armaturen waren allesamt wackelig und keinesfalls mehr eines Erstklasshotels entsprechend. Sauber, aber eben recht abgenutzt das Ganze. Die äusserst knapp bemessene Zone für Schwimmer war nur bei Flut zu benutzen - bei Ebbe war das Wasser nur mal gerade Knöcheltief. Nachmittags konnte man daher nur im Pool baden. Die Lage ist nicht ideal, da am äussersten Zipfel Nusa Duas gelegen. Die neueren Top-Hotels liegen alle zentral in der Gegend der sog. Bali Collection.

We enjoyed the pool very much and the room was overlooking the sea. Such a beautiful view. Breakfast was good as well and, the variety of choices was amazing. Loved it .

There wasn't much choice of cafeteria in the hotel. We had to go out most of the time. One of your staff gave us the wrong direction on the second day when we had to change rooms. So with our luggage, it was frustrating to end up at the wrong floor

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y con la playa al frente es una dicha pues pasa uno de la playa a la piscina fácilmente. El desayuno es muy completo y muy variado y las personas que atienden son muy amables

What a fantastic resort to stay in. We booked the family suite, which had a Queen bed, a bunk bed and a trundle. It was so spacious with a lounge and living area too. The bathroom was so big, everything was clean and the facilities were incredible. The staff was always helpful and attentive. The pool was lovely and backed onto the beach which was gorgeous. Loved the location of the resort, so close to all the shops, local eateries and massage places so we could also experience local restaurants and weren't limited to only the restaurants inside the hotel. Could not fault anything, it was amazing and I can't wait to come back one day again soon!

Our stay was fantastic, we had such a great time. Breakfast was also wonderful and made even more special with our lovely friend Tutik, who was so welcoming every morning.

The family suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Fantastic Lagoon pool with swim-up bar. Good quality buffet breakfasts, with two very good separate restaurants on site. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely spa and gym facilities. Great central location on the Nusa Dua peninsula.

The beach in front of the resort was a bit dirty. Large tide differences limited the watersport activities to certain times.

the room was clean, the gardens were beautiful, overall the whole property is amazing.

The rooms were huge and bed really comfy. The rooms are a little dark but with the weather so nice we didn’t spend much time there. The pool is incredible and so relaxing. Buffet breakfast excellent

We tried to order milk in the rooms for our coffee but it wasn’t available. There wasn’t a mini bar. Buffet breakfast was amazing but being coeliac it was disappointing to not be able to eat some of the foods as there is soy sauce in so many of the dishes like on the fish & chicken in the Japanese section. It doesn’t need it & just makes it harder for people that can’t eat gluten.
