IC Hotels Green Palace - Kids Concept

A great child focused hotel, large beautiful pools, brilliant water park for all ages, lovely grounds and a nice large beach. Service was exceptional from guest relations. The food was very nice and a good selection.

The swimming pools were freezing cold - we come from UAE where everything is temp controlled for comfort. Therefore we didnt swim as much as we wanted. The restaurant timings were very late for us (1pm lunch and 7pm dinner) which didnt suit our toddler, and it was extremely busy resulting in long waits and queues at buffet stations. The 2 lifts available were not enough for the volume of guests

I liked public area and entertainment especially for kids, if you're a family I really recommend to stay here. If you're a couple keep in your mind you need to deal with a lot of kids which was good for my situation and atmosphere was really comfortable for families

Rooms are quite old , it's clean but compared to whole facility rooms are not taking care as good as whole public facilities

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Everything was very clean, and the food was delicious. There were plenty of entertainment options and activities throughout the day, with something for everyone. The evening shows were impressive and really enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Pushy fur coat sellers approached us every single day
