Eurostars Royal Tanau

Mostly the staff. All of them are amazing! Special mention to Juan and Lesmes!

El trato y la ubicación inmejorables.

le falta servicio de cafetería/restaurante

Espectacular

La gente que te atendie es súper amable súper bien atendido ubicado falta un poco en el menú del desayuno

Big modern clean rooms, superb location, friendly stuff on a reception

Hotel is too small for the 5 stars, pool is small, SPA is in other hotel, but the main disappointment is the restaurant. Breakfast is not bad but monotonous and with minimal choice. As for dinner... first time in my life I was served by a drunk waiter. We waited an hour for the food, and he forgot most of the drinks. (and it was only one waiter, no alternative, he also serve a room service, if he will pick up the phone) The only option of a good food in a walking distance is a gastro-bar nearby, if they have a places (not always).
