Emplacement proche du centre, appartement propre.

Aucune attention a l'arrivée, l'appartement est vide, pas de sel, café, pas d'huile, pas de sucre même pas un sachet de courtoisie de thé.. le lit en hauteur n'est pas fait, et pas facile a faire. La place est très réduite par rapport au plafond. 3 jours de présence, 2 mini sacs poubelles. Une machine a laver, pas de produits d'avance. La fermeture de la porte des toilettes d'un autre temps comme l'ascenseur et l'ensemble de l'immeuble. Une mauvaise isolation.

10 o’clock check out is unheard of. Also, some little touches like toiletries and a bottle of water would be nice.

it was small but with everything it needed, it also had a iron board ! and it was really close to all we needed in the city center.

there was a small sink in the bathroom and tiles said we couldn’t take showers in the nights, but everything else was perfect

The apartment has a great location, easy to get into the city centre and also to the olympic stadium. It was very clean and well equipped. Great price, perfect for a long weekend in Helsinki for a couple

Very clean and relatively comfortable. Good location, not far from the sights and close to a shopping center. Internet was fast enough (about 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). Smooth check in with detailed instructions. Good value for money overall.

Small bathroom Check out could be a little later, as 10am is rather early. But you know this beforehand.

As always, the automated key pick-up process was smooth and simple. The location is fantastic and close to Kamppi metro and mall. The apartment has everything you need and it's comfortable.

Some maintenance could be done on things such as the bathroom door and painting, as there was minor water damage visible. This is more of a cosmetic issue. The checkout time of 10am is a bit inconvenient.

A bit cold, small bathroom.

This apartment was in a fantastic location - close to a train station and not far from trams, and only about 5 minutes' walk to the city centre. It was conveniently located to the ferry terminals if you're planning a day trip to Tallinn. It was very cosy and had everything I needed ... except washing detergent! Having a washing machine was great, but it was a bit annoying to have to go out and buy a big box of detergent for one wash. Other than that, I loved it. The building was really cool, with a cute little (tiny) elevator.

Would have been good to have some laundry detergent provided, and perhaps a small bottle of milk.

The check in hour is very late and check out is very early. No place to store the baggage.

This place has everything you need. Really cosy and close to the center.

There is a bit of a noise from the bathroom of the neighbours upstairs and probably that’s the reason why it’s mentioned that after 10pm you shouldn’t use the shower as it could get quite nosy. i didn’t really have an issue with this, as I usualy have a deep sleep, but my partner heard.

Location the best.

Room was too cold. Otherwice good and clean.

Can’t fault the location for the price. Easy to access the baana (which is a walking and cycling track that takes you to near the main station) and close to good transport links at kaampi and good supermarkets. The apartment in itself was clean and there was a washing machine and dishwasher.

It was a bit of a pain when we arrived to find that you aren’t actually staying where you collect the key from, but a few doors down which didn’t immediately make sense and wasn’t fun when it was raining and dark. Also, the apartment next door decided to play loud music through to the AM one night which wasn’t too bad but loud enough to wake us up. Also, the night after we were awoken by loud metallic sounds. The walls were quite thin we were able to hear next doors morning alarm which for some reason they let ring for quite a while. But this wouldn’t deter us from staying again, just be aware if you are a light sleeper.

This was a nice stay. Getting the key was quite easy and fast. Good location, the apartment was quite nice and large enough, and with all possible comforts (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc) Incredibly, it was also quite cheap (for Helsinki)

The apartment has a washing machine but no place to hang the washed clothes. The bus stops are not exactly outside the door, still within a few minutes' walk. Everything else was very good.

Central location.

Finding the key and walking back to follow the instructions go to your apartment isn't comfortable. Neighbouring housing was very loud during the night. especially when checkout is at 10 am

Optimal position. House was very clan, with all the needed. Great place to stay.

The room and the towels had a weird smell - it didn't seem well-cleaned. It's ok if you're just looking for a place to sleep, but overall a bit depressing. The check out is at 10am which is quite early compared to every other I have stayed. No shampoo/shower gel. Getting access was confusing despite the instructions. The same key opens the building's door and the apartment's door so I'm not sure how safe this is.

The super old school elevator was very cute.

The check-in process was fairly straightforward, however, the key pickup was further down the street from the room, so consider getting keys and finding the room before carrying all your luggage both ways :)
