We really enjoyed this location. With younger kids access to a pool is a must, so you won’t find better located private access. The staff was amazing. Laureen met us and showed us around and was such a delight. She was very helpful with getting the air on and some tips for the location.

Nothing was disappointing and all lived up to the description and pictures. The layout could be slightly more comfortable for hanging around with family but then you are there to be in Sevilla.

Fabulous building, had everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. The air conditioning was a god send. Loved the pool and roof terrace.

The location was as described and excellent to explore Seville Old Town. All rooms were comfortable with great AC. Pool was amazing on the roof and required in the heat of Seville in August. Our support from Anna was great

Some maintenance was required around the pool and with the pool steps. This will be fixed when workers are back from holiday. A temporary fix was arranged quickly.

Stunning house which was perfect for us. Good location, just 10mins walk and your in the centre of everything. Pool was great. Rooms all has ensuites and hairdryers. Air con was good. Boris greeted us and was very helpful in arranging transport and reccomending restaurants. Thourougly enjoyed our stay

A few little things to mention for information for the owner. The kitchen bin had not been emptied, neither had the coffee machine. There was toothpaste in one of the bedroom sinks and some black patches in the shower area. We were not particularly bothered by this, but if i was paying for someone to clean the property, then i would want to know

Such a great property. Friendly welcome. Extremely clean. Amazing facilities including roof top pool and spa. Comfy beds. Wonderful location. Would recommend a stay. You will not be disappointed.

This apartment was a great selection. There are 5 floors that you have all to yourself. The first floor (lower level) is the spa with a hot tub, sauna, steam room, shower and bathroom. The second floor where you enter is the kitchen and living room and one bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grocery store around the corner. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, shower, shampoo/shower gel, towels and a hair dryer. The fourth floor has 2 bedrooms that are locked. We only needed 3 bedrooms which comes at a lower cost. If you select the 5 bedroom option, these bedrooms are open and available. The fifth floor is a rooftop patio with a pool, which is a great place to unwind. Lara was our point of contact while staying at the apartment and was very helpful. She checked in on us every day via text to make sure everything was ok. The location is perfect as it is right around the corner from the Avenida de Hercules, which has a lot of restaurants and bars. Main attractions like the Seville Cathedral and Plaza de Espana are also within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

Location was lovely and quiet but only a short walk to all the main attractions in the centre of Seville. The beds were big and very comfortable, all rooms were en suite so guests have privacy. The basement with hot tub, sauna and spa as well as the rooftop were lovely and the outside pool was warm. The owner was always available so if anything needed rectifying this was fixed quickly (we had a few bulbs blow and this was fixed the same day)

Nothing to dislike. There were no spare pool towels though, just 2 towels in each room so if 2 people in a room this meant no spare towels. Also no shower gel provided in some rooms but this is a minor point.
