Der Pool und Whirlpool. Die Außenanlagen. Die Lage.

Die Villa ist innen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schränke nicht brauchbar, da nur ein Fach. Allgemein Mobiliar sehr spartanisch. Bäder sehr klein. Nicht alles sauber. Schlechtes WLAN.

Location of the villa was great, really near to the sea and with tiny almost private beach, there is a nice fish restaurant not far from there. There is also a nice Jacuzzi outside. White villa has better area around and bigger pool. The lady that looks after the property was very helpful and even sometimes brought us treats.

Prior to our arrival the owner called us several times to change the dates and to change the villa. Upon arrival the furniture appeared to be very old, equipment didn't work properly because of it's age and overall impression was that apartments in this villa are the storage of unnecessary things. But the worst part happened when we left. At first owner contacted me literally demanding to put 10 points because they need money to fix the refrigerator that is broken. I specifically clarified if they blame us in it, but they confirmed they did not. During that period I had a lot on my plate and planned to leave the comment later. But to my surprise I received a message from booking in a few days that the owner complains on us and demands 1000$ for broken refrigerator (which was specifically checked by the local women that looks over the place during our check out and was confirmed to be working, apart of the fact it was also very old). I researched this villa online and found several similar stories where people complained that the safety deposit was not given back for made up reasons. It starts to look like a scam for me. Thankfully booking trusted me as I have positive and long time reputation with this service. Additional questionable moment for me was when in the second villa of the same owner (they are located side by side) a family was denied to check in because they were muslims and seemed to talk too loud. I imagine how it feels to arrive to a holiday with little kids and to be denied from the stay for night.

Very very nice and professional lady. House was clean and very beautiful. 30 meters from a nice beach and the pool was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect location, beautiful sea view and only a few steps away to a great little spot on a pebble beach. From the balcony (we were in an upper floor apartment) there is also a view of the big gorgeous mosaic pool so the parents can sit on the balcony with wine and watch the kids play ;) Beautiful surroundings, pool area clean and looks very cool. The seaside town of Seget Vranjica is small, friendly and quiet. We picked it because it was less crowded and expensive than the nearby towns yet have all the same good qualities. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away as well as the beach strip with nice restaurants, boat tour operators etc. Private parking spot, owner lives in the building complex and easily reachable for any questions. Cool interior design, well preserved so you feel a bit like a 70's rock star on vacation :D We felt so comfortable that we cut our roadtrip short and extended our stay in the villa. The new owner is a nice lady, a Croatian violin player (who sadly cannot play at the moment due to dog biting accident). From the Google reviews it looks like she is a bit misunderstood whereas in fact I found she cares very much about the place and the guests.

Spotty wif-fi while we were there (the owner is working on it)and even though there are plenty of satellite channels and TV's in the bedrooms and large one in living room, they are nearly all German or French (mostly home shopping) channels for some reason. A channel subscription with more English language channels would be a huge improvement ----- Some advice to owner to improve it to 5 stars: : This would definitely have been a (10), five star villa in the seventies. The interior design is gorgeous, vintage tilework is still immaculate and the appliances are new but the blankets over the couches and the pillows clash with the rest, are not in good shape and in need of updating. There is also a bit too much clutter. For example there are too many pots, pans and kitchen utensils in the cupboards leaving little or no room for guests to keep their food items and stuff. Make sure everything is included in the rental so you don't have to discuss it with the guests and leave a bad feeling (like the second air conditioning you kept talking about) and leave printed information on where to throw away their garbage etc (containers near the beach).
