Excellent Service, Nice garden. Location is excellent, near the historical Sites. Central and at the same time very quite.

The location is very good, The Service personal are very friendly. Very clean and has a very nice garden. The breakfast was offered with local products with very good quality. One can go walking to the historical area of Arequipa. Central located and at the same time very quite.

Creo que debería haber un ambiente con escritorios y sillas y ara trabajar en el lobby así sería mucho más cómodo

The hotel facilities are good. The day staff, including the housekeeping are very nice.

They have a bell that rings extremely loud and you can here on the rooms all night (and day). The night staff is not in the reception if you need him during the night. I arrived at 7am, and they informed me that me room was free if I wanted to check-in already, I thought that they were being nice, but imediatly they asked me for 50% of the night rate to get in the room 4h before the check-in time. Also, they didn´t charge me on my credit card through Booking.com saying that was not correct (false as was the same to the other hotels I'm using) and ask me to pay directly there, then they charged me more as said they have a different rate at the hotel. Pay attention! Pretty far from the city center.
