well located, cozy chateaux in a city center.

staff, they don’t care. This hotel sells only facilities, you don’t feel this «care for clients » while staying there. like they even forgot to put a folk in a breakfast box)) I already thought it’s Peru overall problem and didn’t want to mention this, when we moved further to Cusco and Machupicchu and the service there was fantastic.So I could say that CIRQA really needs to train their staff to provide experience. Only I would mention Italian guy who has nice attitude to a client

The entire Chateaux, location, interior, rooms, dining area and pool are amazingly beautiful! staff is super friendly and helpful at any time and the breakfast is amazing

Room, location & overall atmosphere were inviting & peaceful. Staff was beyond accommodating. Food was delicious

Nice spacious rooms. Good food.

Terrible service this time. Very slow room service too. Staff misculated our bill - even though I remimded them twice before checking-out . Then, proceeded to hassle me after check-out on Sunday evening, after we left hotel during our anniversary weekend. Small boutique hotel with extremely limited facilities too.
