Nice modern hotel and great location for public transport and promenade, bars and restaurants.
We was put in a noisy room even though I asked for a quiet room. Saying that the staff were very obliging and moved us the day after to a Lovely quiet room over the courtyard.

The upgraded room (thanks to the staff) on the 5th floor with balcony was spacious, clean and comfortable enough especially for the money paid. There is room for improvement in terms of the maintenance of the facilities and breakfast but overall the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff compensated most of these things easily.
Nuances only... Probably the breakfast is the only point I would highlight here. There are a few disturbing things like the quality of the installation of facilities like bathroom tap, shower drainage, low water pressure of the bathroom sink.

Nice breakfast, close to downtown, good sized room, kind and helpfull staff.Close to train station. Free water, coffe, tea and popcorn in the lobby is a plus!
Not so close to the beach and promenade.Too many mosquitos in the hotel and on the hotel outdoor terasse. We got queen room with no balcony☹️.

Das Frühstück war gut, nur Quark und Schnittkäse fehlen , auch oft war keine Wassermelone vorhanden, aber vor paar tagen war wieder Melone da....
was uns stören, ist Teppichboden, und zuwenig Steckdosen ,und der Föhn vom Badezimmer funktioniert nicht richtig, zu kurz dann geht aus.. zum Glück habenvwir eigene mitgebracht, sonst wäre das Haar nicht trocken!!!
