The hosts are super kind and welcoming. Very responsive and collaborative. The appartement has it all. The pool with the water jets is fantastic. The barbecue is awsome.

First of all the view was amazing from the property - had both the view of the pool and the beach. Was conveniently located, just a minute walk from the beach and around 5-10min walk from the nearest corner store to get groceries. Around 10 min drive/bolt to the town and will cost no more than 50Kn. (Bolt Is cheaper around Split than Uber) Inside were spacious, clean and amazing space, well facilitated with towels (both big and small), hand soap, extra blankets, ironing boards, a safe, all the kitchen equipments, coffee machines, even an ice tray. 7 of us had a great time there at apartment 7 (the ground floor room to the right from the front door and has a staircase leading up from the poolside) we had a lot of fun in the swimming pool for some morning and evening swim and had a great view from the living room window too The owners were so welcoming and accommodating, they brought us a scale to help us weigh our suitcase and even offered some extra time to check out. Everytime we saw them, they made sure we are doing okay for the stay and asked us if we needed anything, even the times we overstayed a tiny bit in the pool (pool opens 9am-9pm everyday) We honestly couldn't thank them enough for making our stay in Split so amazing!!!

Don't really have much to say on this really, everything was perfect! Maybe one very very minor inconvenience was that there was no kettle but nothing a whole range of pots and pans that they have and simply boiling water in them couldn't fix

The host was super friendly and helpful. The location is good: the neighborhood is quiet an it's not the far from the city center so the Bolt/Uber ride will cost you few euros. The apartments are well equipped and you will find everything you might need during your stay.

Very nice manager. Impressed a lot. Perfect place for family with children. You can stay near the pool or go near sea.

Host was so sweet and helpful such a great guy. Location was amazing. The beach was right in front of us and it was also easy to take uber to the city.

The swimming pool was quite cold,but it was the first week in may.Its an hours walk into split,but its a nice walk along the coast,not much going on in znjan,just a few beach bars that closed early.

Great service, they will help you with whatever you need. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. We got a late check out for free which was amazing!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and there was a smoke detector in the bedroom which disrupted our sleep because it kept flashing

Everything !!! comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with clothes washer…. honestly it was like being at home.

I liked that the apartment had everything we needed. The location was excellent because it was very close to the city, across the street from the beach where there were numerous spots to eat and drink, it had a pool, and a nice lounging area. There was also a nice restaurant down the block. Marko was an incredible host and readily available for anything that we needed.

Large room, very clean, great shower. Marijana was lovely and always ready to assist me. The building has a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool, also in a short walking distance to the beach.

The ground floor room is very bright, especially in the morning, and unfortunately, the area doesn't offer many restaurants.

Just the best if you wanna chill alone close to the best beach in Split. The owners are super nice.
