It’s was clean and staff were very friendly. Location was 20 min drive to Phnom Penh central but we didn’t want to stay in central Phnom Penh

Due to location which was 2min drive to the new Murdock Stadium, staff were not able to advice us of how to get tickets for the SEA games 2023. They could have put on shuttle buses to stadium free of charge for guests. it was available to games participants but not for regular guests

The air con in the room was too cold and couldn’t adjust The water was cold - so couldn’t take a bath and had to have cold showers Informed the hotel several times in regards the air and water - but they didn’t do anything

The property wasn't clean. Less staffs working and the lights was turn off most of the places within the hotel property.

Location next to Garden City Waterpark and Zoo. Great Pool and Gym.

Expectations based on Booking and website did not match reality. Don't bother

The breakfast is not a gorgeous buffet but simple and normal.

Cable TV is so poor, almost nothing to see. I could only see some Chinese and Thai programs. The hotel staff said it was broken. We could not see Youtube through TV on the wall. It was also broken, according to the hotel staff. Slow Wifi. Kids space were full of mosquitos. Although I asked the staff to spray them, there were still many so my children could not play there.

Bookings had a deluxe to junior upgrade and the property went beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite.! Thanks!

Can’t be helped as this COVID situation is affecting everyone so just be mindful of the restaurant and room service timings
