The pool is lovely. The room good. The location good. Staff lovely.

Generally all was nice, it was south-west facing so was very hot in the room when I arrived, if the curtains were to be closed to keep the heat out that may reduce the electric bill and be more substainable.

The staff were very good. The room was clean and very comfortable.

There was construction going on above my room and it was quite noisy at times. They advertised that they had a restaurant bar but it wasnt open yet. They let garbage collect in the stair well near my room and it started to smell bad.

I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel if you expect to live there for some days and cook your own food. I would have spent more days in this apartment, but fortunate I spent just a night there, because I expected to find a furnished kitchen. I need to cook my own food so I wrote an email to ask, before booking the apartment, if there was any pot or frying pan available for the guests.I specifically wanted to contact the hotel to make sure of this as I had previously read reviews that said that there were no utensils available. I have not received any response, until I finally decide to book a night. The manager told me that the utensils are only available for those who book at least a month.I have always booked apartments even for a few days and together with the price of the kitchen, for which I paid the full amount, there are also pans, dishes etc. If these are the rules, at least it would be advisable to specify it immediately on booking or in any case respond promptly to emails, so to not induce customers to book an apartment thinking they can cook by themselves and then find themselves with an unusable kitchen. I kindly asked the staff for the possibility of providing me with just a pan. They told me no, but that I could use the gym and swimming pool. No connection between the two and in any case both gym and swimming pool were already included in the price. Apart from this problems, the location is far from places of interest, you always need to take a grab to move around. The cleaning is really bad, the dust I found under the bed is just one example.I do not comment on the $ 20 required at the reception as a deposit.
