The staff were wonderfully accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care. The room and communal area were nicely decorated. The location was excellent, lots of great eateries and pretty streets. The area felt safe.

My "quiet room" faced the interior communal space where you could hear reception music and the fountain waterfall, which only turns off at 10pm (a struggle if you needed to sleep early due to jetlag). However, they would turn both off earlier upon request.

Located in a quiet street very close to town centre and walking distance to colonia Roma and Condesa. The room and bathroom is spacious and staff, specially at breakfast, are kind and corteous.

Nothing I did not like.

We enjoyed this B&B. The location was good, a little bit of a walk to 2 different metro stations. The tree covered leafy neighborhood was cooler than the center of town. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were both tasty and generous, and there was a good variety to choose from. The furnishings and fixtures were of high quality.

The room was definitely on the small side -not a lot of room for our suitcases (we had an extended trip that included CDMX). The room location wasn't ideal - on the bottom floor facing the hotel entrance and also near the breakfast room - so we could hear conversations in the main area at times including during quiet hours. The door/window situation was curious - there was no window but the door was a sliding glass door with screen. On the one hand it was nice to leave the door open with screen to let air and light in, but on the other hand it didn't offer much privacy.

The room is tastefully decorated. The bed is incredibly comfortable.

For the price you would expect air conditioning, had to sleep with the window open. Could not get a restful sleep due to street and guest noise. Also the shower has minimal water pressure.
